I really like them. They do organic treatments, which is safe for our kids and pets. They will even come out for you on the weekends if needed. My neighbors used a different company for mosquito treatment and Noosa had a better, stronger product which worked. Their pricing is very competative. All of the workers I had out were very polite, courteous and professional. Each time they come out, they get better and better. They made their payment options easy; you can pay online!

I called Linda and explained my situation in detail and I tried to get a quote over the phone for switching companies. She would not do so, and kept talking over me while I was speaking. She said the technicians were the experts, and that I needed to make an appointment. Will came out. He was an incredibly professional and knowledgable man. However, when I told him I was looking to change services, he said that the state of SC makes any new company do an intial "booster". I was frustrated as this information could have been given over the phone. His quote for the booster was higher than the Terminex quote.

Solved the problem without using chemicals, however, the service was professional, response was fast, everything was hassle free. If I have a problem that I can't solve, I am calling these guys again.

I had some issues with responsiveness but believe the owner/firm took measures to make sure these were fixed.

On the positive side, Noosa personnel answered their phone promptly and politely. It all went down hill from there. Talked with an office bound sales person at Noosa. They are an A-rated Pest Control company that has been on Angie's List for nearly 6 years. Office person did not know anything about the ant species I described, and was reluctant to transfer me to someone who might be able to provide more detailed information or offer a technician to come to my home to evaluate the situation. She was very interested in getting my address and phone number, however, so an account could be set up. She finally agreed to have "Will" contact me to discuss the situation in more detail and set up and appointment for a visit to my home. It is now 8 days later and I have yet to hear from Will or anyone else at Noosa. While their write-up on Angie's List reads extremely well, my experience with Noosa suggests neither a well-trained, customer-oriented, nor world class service company. I would prefer being told that a company was not interested in my business to being promised a return call which never happened. IN RESPONSE TO THE PROVIDERS RESPONSE, I ADVISED NOOSA'S PERSONNEL - AND STATED IN MY ANGIES LIST REVIEW - THAT THE PROBLEM WAS DEFINITELY NOT -- READ NOT -- FIRE ANTS. SPECIES HAS SUBSEQUENTLY IDENTIFIED AS ASIAN NEEDLE ANTS, WHICH ARE GAINING TRACTION THROUGHOUT THIS PART OF NORTH CAROLINA. SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THIS SPECIES BY BOTH MY VERBAL DESCRIPTION AND FACE-TO-FACE OBSERVATION.

They were prompt and very thorough, very professional. I just called to get a respray due to the bugs we're seeing and spoke with Cathy. She is very friendly and set us up for tomorrow morning! We also are interested in setting up service for a rental property- definitely trust their work and would recommend them to others.

I appreciated that they were very honest with everything. They were really good and the price seemed fair.

The quarterly pest control was fine, however I would not recommend doing the mosquito service. I did not see any improvement whatsoever. They also claimed to provide a service that was never done and charge me for it. When I called to investigate the person in charge of sending the invoices via email insisted that the service was provided even when I know it wasn't.

They arrived on time, and were very courteous. We had been having issues with spiders and other bugs around our new construction. Noosa had provided the initial termite spray, and our builder recommended them for pest control. They were able to quote me a price for quarterly service right over the phone, and offered me 50% off with the Angie's List coupon. Very happy with their service, and looking forward to having them keep my home pest free.

Technician showed up on time. He answered my questions with knowledge. Apparently the application worked for approximately two months before the mosquitoes came back, which is typical.

I discovered a yellow jacket nest behind my window box/siding and the # of bees increased every day. I tried several over-the-counter wasp killers/traps and other tactics but none worked. Finally, I broke down and contacted Noosa on a Sunday evening and they came out the following day. Noosa dusted the nest and I haven't seen a yellow jacket since. I also made sure to seal the area once I knew they were gone. Noosa was very prompt/professional and reasonably priced.

They've been very prompt and reliable; the techs are super: clean (always put booties over their shoes), thorough and accommodating to special requests; and I've been really pleased with the results. I recommend them highly.

The provider came exactly when they said they would come. The technician was professional and friendly.

Well it was very exciting, because the bird got away and started flying around my house. However, the exterminator eventually managed to grab it with his net. He told me he loves his job. The bird was removed from my house and has not returned. I am happy with the service and plan to use them again if necessary.

They were fine. They came on time, when they said they were coming. They did what they said they were going to do.

Although my contact with the technician was limited, the little interaction I had was very positive. The appointment was for 8:00 am. Not only was he on time, he was early! Understanding that I needed to finish getting ready for work, he suggested leaving the invoice in the mailbox when he completed the treatment so as to not interrupt me again by ringing the doorbell. He was very polite and professional and seemed conscientious about spraying all areas of the yard. There is still the occasional mosquito, but they have been reduced significantly so that we can enjoy being out on our deck and patio.

It went fine. They just went out and did it. They were responsive, professional and seemed to be top notch. The only problem I have had is that a squirrel has come in but I am not sure they have anything to do with that.

Great experience! The technician arrived on time, had a great attitude, provided all the services as promised, and answered all our questions. He also was honest that we might need additional treatments over time, but that we should see positive results within weeks. The mice have been greatly reduced, no longer seem to be getting in the house, and we definitely will have Noosa to come again as good prevention.
