They do a fine job. They're so good. They don't come out as often in the winter. It's $100 per visit and they come out four times a year. I would tell a friend that they're very, very prompt. They communicate when the people are going to be there and they are there at that time. Their pricing is competitive with other things I've seen in the market. The first time I called them, they were able to get out in a very reasonable amount of time but I haven't had any situations where I needed them urgently. The scheduling is fine and they're flexible around my schedule. They're on time all the time. They're very professional. I am using them and will be using them again.

They were great. Their customer service was excellent. Their technicians were knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.

Their service was fine. He was here and looked at what he needed to do. We spoke briefly, he was finished, he said have a good day and it went well. I have a contract with them.

I guess it worked, we don't have termites. The price was customary; it's what the rate was.

The service was good and they have been doing it for about two years. They are dependable and show up when they are supposed to.

We used Noosa last fall to treat one time for insects. Called on Monday to enter into quarterly service agreement and they set up a treatment appointment for just 3 days later. Will Kiker was ahead of schedule but called beforehand which was great. Will was kind and courteous and went right to work treating the interior of the house then treated the exterior. Excellent service and professionalism.

My experience has been a very positive one. I was shopping for pest control services through Angie's list and spoke with Robyn with Noosa who was incredibly helpful and explained the two packages they have. One of the main reasons I selected Noosa [in addition to the Angie's List reviews] is that I will be billed quarterly rather than up front . There is also an option to skip a quarter and there is an auto debit from a credit card that I also liked. My quarterly charge [by square footage] is $96.00 Note: The price of $48.00 was from taking advantage of the Noosa 50% discount off first service which brought the price down to $46.00. --- Will K., our technician, called on the day of the appointment to say he was running early which was very refreshing. His first objective on arrival was to find the source of the issue. For us it was in the attic crawlspace near the chimney. He thoroughly treated that area then continued to move clock-wise and counter clock-wise through our home's interior. Will then went outside and treated areas as well, paying close attention to the chimney. He then came back and re-explained everything I found Will to be highly professional knowledgeable and educational. I had questions on what I would see next and Will explained that there would be some heightened activity but that it would calm over a two week period. He also explained when to call if the activity didn't calm down. I also appreciated that there was no "haggling" over the 50% Angie's list discount, in fact, the office had already applied the discount to the first service! A good thing! I am definitely sticking with Noosa Pest Management Services!

Helping us initially with our ant problem and have signed up for their quarterly service. Everything's been great so far from ease of scheduling to the day of treatment when William came out on time and explained what they were going to do. Extremely nice and helpful!

As above! Excellent, knowledgable and professional... Explained our bat problem along with details about bats! These folks are 'keepers' ! 10% discount applies for senior citizens!!

I have good experience with them. I would recommend them. I have been pleased so far. I don't really know that much other providers would charge but what they have done so far seems reasonable. They have been very quick about responding. I will keep using them unless something happens that gives me a reason not to.

I called and spoke to a real person, nothing automated. He was courteous and helpful even though we are out of their business area. He welcomed me to North Carolina having moved from out of state and was also able to recommend someone who is in the area. He offered to have me call back if I needed any other help in the pest control department. I was very pleased with the helpfulness and customer service, especially since we are out of their service area most other companies would leave it at sorry your out of our area.

Went great! Noosa came out, the men dressed in polos, and discussed with me the best measures to take on my property. They were professional, affordable, punctual, and have a great admin team.

Noosa did what others have not been able to do for me. I've struggled with an ant problem for the past few years. Every time Spring begins to come around, so do the ants in my kitchen. I've called other companies to try to deal with this in previous years, but it's been hard to tell that they even did anything. The guys with Noosa explained the way ants work as social critters (this was all news to me!) and how they needed to be treated differently than most other insects. They asked me to unlock my crawlspace, no other company had done this before. They inspected my property for the source of the ant problem. We ended up having ants in the crawlspace! Somehow ants can make a nest in the insulation under your home. Will, the fella with Noosa, told me this isn't the first time he's found a nest in the insulation, and promptly treated it. Again, no one else has asked me to unlock my crawlspace before. Without Will, I'd have never known the problem was right under my nose! He didn't stop with my ant problem. Will went on to perform a very extensive service. He took down all my spider webs, spread a granular bait, and treated my entire foundation for ants to hopefully prevent my problem from coming back in the future. He also did a very thorough treatment inside my home too, I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and I could leave him to do his work without worrying about a thing. I can't recommend Noosa enough! Great people from the time I made the phone call to meeting the service technician. Can't wait to see what they find in June!!

From the first call to the finish of the termite treatment, the Noosa team has been so nice and treated us like family. It is refreshing to find a local, family owned business like this that does what they say they are going to do. We were worried about termite issues that we may not be able to see and Fred and his crew put our mind at ease after explaining the difference in their treatments. They use Termidor liquid for termites and took time to educate us on what the differences are between products. Noosa said they wanted my wife and I to make an educated decision when it came to this termite service and they guided us through it the entire way. They even gave us a deal on regular quarterly pest control service because we agreed to do the termite protection. All we can say is we have found our bugman for life. Thank you Noosa! Cool name too!

I was very impressed with this service provider. Noosa contacted me within a very short period of time (on a Sunday) after my initial contact. (I previously contacted a competitor and it took one week to get back to me). The sales manager/service tech arrived within the time period they told me. He was very customer focused, explained what he was doing and performed the service. I would HIGHLY recommend Noosa to anyone who is looking for pest control.

We had to get the termite inspection quickly before we left town. They were all very friendly and cooperative and worked us into there schedule. We got the report promptly.

Everyone at this company is awesome- will definitely keep using them for every aspect of pest control.

Arrived ahead of time, handled all aspects of job in professional manner, very courteous and efficient.

Terrific service. I asked them to check basement and crawl space thinking it would be an additional charge. They spent around 1 hour performing the pest control and the checks. Showed me that everything was going well. Pointed out some possible problem areas in the future (moisture). Did not charge me anything extra (I was fully expecting a charge after that type of service).

We purchased a home just far enough away from where we are now, that I knew I needed to use a new service provider for pest control. We closed Monday and I called Noosa Pest Management to arrange Pest service. The woman on the phone was pleasant and professional. She did a good job accommodating my schedule and explaining just what I purchased and what to expect. The service technicians were on time and went about their work quickly and professionally. They were very willing to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions clearly. I'm so happy that I used Angie's List to find Noosa Pest Management and I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them for Pest Control Services.

We moved down from the northeast and needed a pest control provider in the Charlotte area. I was starting to see some bugs around the house and wanted to nip it in the bud. We signed up to get quarterly pest control with Noosa and they sent out a technician to the house. The man was really friendly and answered my many questions about what he was spraying, how often he comes and if I need to be there when he comes back. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I haven't seen a bug since he came and they email an invoice to you which makes payment really easy. I like the idea of using a local provider for services around the house and they are definitely one I would recommend.

They are very reliable and consistent. I have also used them for bat excavation and they were extremely professional and reliable.

Will from Noosa came out to a property I was responsible for and inspected some squirrel related damage. He provided me a very fair estimate for a permanent solution to the squirrel issue and some very helpful advice on temporary solutions. Since his advice was followed, there have been no issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Noosa for any similar issues you may have.

He repaired our vapor barrier in a couple of areas and another company said it needed totally replaced. He used all "GREEN" products. He drilled and treated around the entire perimeter of our home. He removed the baseboard and put a foam in that would keep the termites from re-entering our home. He was very knowledgeable, informative, meticulous and took care of the entire problem. He even gives a $100,000 warranty for a year. We will continue to use him on an annual basis. He is wonderful.
