Before the 2006 inception of Noosa Pest Management, LLC, the Wingate family knew that a service business was in our future. As with Noosa, we enjoy helping others in a capacity that not only solves problems but does so in manner that is consistent to the way we were raised. We treat our clients just as we like to be treated. You will quickly notice the smiling voices you speak with on the phone and the energetic, well mannered and groomed service technicians carrying out our vision. Noosa is a private family owned and operated, local termite, pest control and wildlife service. We service the greater Charlotte metro area including Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, Clover and York, South Carolina. We did want to address that the price was graded a bit lower than the rest of the categories. The first purchase made by you, the member, was a rodent exclusion promotion that we offered through Angie's List. During this service (highly discounted), we found evidence of squirrel activity in the attic. At this point, the discussion concerning removing the squirrel and sealing up the entry hole where the wildlife was gaining access to the home occurred. The fee for the wildlife removal service was to cover 5 days of service visits, removal of the squirrel that was captured, re-setting of traps, sealing the hole that the critter was using to gain access to the attic and time to perform the above items. I hope the you feel the pricing was fair for the work performed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to further serve your pest control needs. The service that you are reviewing was a termite control service that was discounted by over 50% for a special Angie's List Big Deal. I hope that you feel as though you received enough value for the monies spent for termite control on your home. Termite monitoring stations were installed, a thorough inspection was performed and the service agreement stating the protection against termite activity was initiated at the time of this service. Description of Work: The Big Deal was a good one for us. Our previous termite firm insisted that we needed a full termite treatment after 10 years of service. The price was in the thousands. Noosa gave us a "booster" option, installed termite traps, and inspects them regularly as part of their service. We eventually moved our pest control to Noosa as well. It cost more than we had been paying for pest control, but we liked that both services were provided by the same firm.
