I recently discovered a number of black widow spiders living around the outside of the house. Living in the Southwest Charlotte area, along the Fort Mill / Tega Cay border, I see the NOOSA signs out around the area. I checked up on them here in Angie's List and saw they were well reviewed. I called for an appointment and had William come out the next day. William explained their process of spraying around the outside of the house. This kills off all those pesky critters building webs on the outside of my house, plus puts down a barrier to anything getting inside. Pretty much a straight forward process - started up on their annual pest control plan. Pricing is done by the size of the home. My 3200 sq foot home costs $93 a quarter, billed at $31 a month. Continual applications will be made quarterly. Spiders are gone. And there are no bugs flying around the front porch these last few nights. I think that invisible smell of death has scared off the other flying critters. All in all, a wonderful transaction. My only drawback, is that when I checked my checking account the next day, I see they charged my account $93. I'm pretty sure that William said it would be $31 charged monthly. Maybe it's just for the first payment, maybe I misunderstood. Anyway, it all comes out in the wash eventually, I just wasn't expecting a $93 charge.

This is a very professional company. I was shocked at the high level of customer service they provided from the first call to the final contract. After spending many hours waiting for service people to actually show up, it was very refreshing to have one arrive early. Another big plus for me is that they treat pest issues organically and don't have to put chemicals down inside the home. This is a true plus when you have children and pets. I will definitely be using them for all my pest issues. As far as the price goes, they are no more expensive then any other pest company I have worked with but provide much better service.

I called on a Sunday and was originally told that they would probably get back to me on Monday. Not so, the office manager got back to me within 2 hours that same day after thier stated Sunday hours. An initial visit was set up for 2 days later and the tehnician was right on time. He was friendly and understanding of my child/dog/cats/ and lawn garden needs. He went over various options, a slow but safe fire ant kill or a quicker but far more dangerious kill, and assured me that the quarterly pest control would in no way affect our edible decrative plants. He gave me a solid estimate which was what I actually paid in the end. The appointment for the technician was a few days later and he went over the same information with me, confirming my preferences and making sure I truly understood what to expect. The treatment took over an hour and he made sure all gates were relocked, the animals were in for the half hour the chemical needed to dry, and every ant hill (even the new ones that were not there at the estimateappt) were well fed. He went over all the chemicals again afterwards, where to find aditional information, and how to read the detailed report on exactly what went exactly where and in what concetrations/quantities. Very in-depth!

My kids had found a group of winged bugs crawling around a front window. I didn't recognize them, so called Noosa to identify them, find the source and get rid of them, whatever they were. Noosa rep ID'd as termite, went under house and found a small colony. Took pictures and showed them to me. Discussed options, including use of a new, relatively "green" termiticide that had just been approved for use. Provided estimate for treatment (that I cross-checked against an on-line termite treatment estimating program) that was very reasonable. Noosa worked with us during a reschedule or two on our part, then showed up on time and prepared to treat house. Treatment took less time than anticipated, which was nice. One year warranty for work provided. Noosa offered annual program that would keep warranty going as long as I used the annual service. I refused, and to their credit, Noosa accepted refusal the first time, courteously, and without any attempt to pressure or scare me into signing up. All Noosa employees I talked with were professional, courteous and efficient. No complaints, and I'd certainly use them again. Just not for termites, I hope.

I have been very pleased with Noosa and this latest service visit is no exception. They are a little pricier than the competition but they are worth the cost as they are so professional, personable and they do an exceptional job. I live in an older house and they have addressed the problems from top to bottom, literally. They trimmed the tree limbs back from the house as bugs can gain access to the structure through limbs that are touching. They replaced my 30 year old foundation vents that were full of holes as bugs were crawling in through those access points. They don't just come out and take 5 minutes to spray the house down once a quarter, they put together a complete prevention plan so you never have to see the pests or allow them to gain access to your house. As we have small children they have even used environmentally friendly solutions to ease any concerns we may have about the safety of traditional insecticides. I highly recommend these guys as they knock it out of the park every time for me whether it is normal quarterly visits or a project that is going to improve the safety and livability of my home.

Noosa is on time and has good communication and billing. This was the 2nd time I had them come out. I have no issues with them at all.

I spent about $70 on that service. I decided to use them because they were highly rated on the list and also because the price was good. They also came out and looked at our termite situation for free and without charging us upfront.

I spend $94 per quarter. They control the bugs around the house. So far they have been good. They are a local pest control company, which is convenient. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Will (the technician assigned to us) was very professional, punctual and knowledgable. Their expertise and customer service was first class. I'd recommend them for pest related services.

I called Noosa and they came out the same day. Will came out and spent a lot of time going over all the problem areas with me. He was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. He even helped me identify one of the bugs in my vegetable garden. I love that he worked with me to try and target just the problematic bug, in our case the ants. The other two pest companies I called didn't even want to talk about the different methods that can be used to kill the ants, they just indicated that what they spray will kill all bugs. It is easy to kill all bugs, but when I can find a company that will listen to me and do what they can to address my needs/wants I give them an A+!

Noosa does a great job. They are always on time and very responsive. They are a little more expensive then I would like but they do a great job.

Fred was able to service our home the same day I called to request quarterly maintenance. Two days earlier he had come out to provide a quote for service. At both meetings he was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about the pest problem we were having. The evening of initial service he was approximately 1 hour late arriving, but apologized for the previous job "taking longer than expected". The total time spent treating both in and outside our home was about an hour.

Fred is great and their service is A+. Came back out at no charge when we saw a few ants again. I highly recommend.

He was very conscience to the fact that I have pets and explained the time frame for how to keep my animals safe. The concern was when chemicals are put down they is a certain amount of time that the animals should not be in the area. He let me know how long before the dogs could go out and when the interior would be safe. He was easy going and easy to work with. I signed a contract with him to spray quarterly.

Great! Fred arrived on-time and was very professional. He asked specific questions - do you have children/pets, what pests are you having trouble with, etc. He wanted to make sure he took care of our pest problem without harming our toddler or cat.

Representative was very professional, showed up on time, well spoken, well dressed. Walked the house with me to explain any problem areas and ways I could pro-actively keep bugs away (keep gutters clear, moisture issues, etc). He showed up when he said he would and I never felt any sales pressure for additional services, all around great experience.
