service personnell appeared on schedule, were professional and completed work satisfactorally. We have experienced only one mouse caught in our kitchen cabinets since the treatment. Expect that over time this service would have to be repeated since the treatment consisted primarily of placing poison in various locations--not a permenant solution, but has worked for now.

They came early, after calling to see if I was available. Inspection was quick but thorough.

They were thorough. They were courteous, however they could not keep to the warranty. So we chose to cancel.

I was looking for a termite service. They came out and explained everything to me, their deal didn't cover exactly what I wanted. They did end up putting bait out for me for prevention and they were very nice. Their service was excellent when they came out. They were very polite, professional and on time.

Will was on time and took the time to determine our need. He also noted the importance for all of the treatment to be safe for our two dogs. Based on the visit, we have signed up for quarterly service.

Their services were very through and their estimate was very fair. They came back for follow at no extra cost.

The experience was good. The price was average.

Technical used a ladder to spray the nest with a form insecticide, cut the tree branch holding the nest, placed the sprayed nest in a thick trash bag, and placed the trask bag in the Yard waste trash.

They showed up on time, kept to the estimate, and did the work as they had specified. I now have an annual contract with them.

They were very nice and showed up early for the Big Deal work. The only issue was that they were going to charge me more than I payed for the Big Deal. I payed $149.00 for rodent removal. I have three squirrels that need to be removed. He said that he needed permits and that it was going to take more work to do this job. He gave me a quote and I was blown away. The new charge was almost $1000.00. Again he was very nice about this and I understand that he needed permits for this but I don't understand the excessive charge.

They come when they are supposed to. They always set a date and a time to arrive. In case we have any questions they would like us to be there, so that they can help us with whatever the issue is. We have them on a regular basis since we are in the south. They come when they are supposed to and they do a good job. They come on a quarterly basis so four times a year and each time they come we pay $99.

I was promptly called the day after signing up for this service to set up an appointment which was for the following week. William was here promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was very professional. He explained the service thoroughly and completed the work in a very reasonable timeframe. This was a great experience and I really appreciated the way the entire process was handled. I intend to continue using Noosa in the future.

Things went beautifully! Will came on time, he was professional, helpful, efficient, and effective. He did everything we needed him to do, plus he offered the other services that were available to us that we might benefit from in the future (like mosquito control and termite preventative). He discussed the different options available to us, considering our pets, the pros and cons, etc. I feel like I can trust Will and this company and feel confident having them in and around my home. Will completed the treatment that we agreed upon in a short time and it was very effective--no more love bugs! I could not be more pleased!!

Overall experience was excellent. William Kiker, the technician arrived at scheduled time.. Gave a very professional appearance and knowledge of the service to be performed. Provided me a detailed overview of the service / treatment that would be conducted as well as on-going support of the system. Kept me informed of each process as it was conducted . Executed the inspection and installation of Termite Stations in a very efficient manner. After completing the proces, again reviewed the service performed with me as well as the future service suport . In addition, he informed me that the vapor barrier in the crawl space did not cover the entire crawl space area.. Obviously an item for further review by myself.

We purchased an Angie's list deal coupon for Noosa as we had been talking about starting pest protection on our home for a long time & this deal was great value. We contact the Noosa office by email & they were very responsive. They came within a few days & performed an assessment & found no termite problems. They suggested we have termite detection, outdoor pest control & internal pest spray for the centipedes & spiders. We have dogs & they gave great advice about the safety of the products used. We felt very comfortable with taking out a quarterly programme with them. On the second quarter visit internal spray was not needed.

They were very good and we set up a contract with them. They take more time than some competitors for spraying and treatments. This company is more thorough for the money and I will use them again in the future.

The whole process was handled promptly and professionally. The office called very quickly after I purchased "the deal" and setup an appointment. On the day of the appointment, William arrived up promptly and was very professional. He spoke with us every step of the way, explaining what he was doing. He was very careful with our two dogs, which was a concern of ours. I had been quoted higher prices just for the termite control from other companies - the service Noosa was providing included termite and pest control. Overall, I was very impressed with their service and attention to detail. I will definitely use Noosa again!

They came right on time, listened to my concerns and proceded to take care of the problem. They were very nice and professional.

I think I spent $87 on that service. My husband was there when they did the work and he was pleased with everything they did and how they handled everything.

The work was done professionally. I thought perhaps the size of the hive would drive up the cost of the job, but it was the same as the estimate. These people do quality work and are very focused on a great customer experience.
