I ordered through Angie's big deals, the company contacted me right away. The technician was on time, explained the process, and how long before I could let my pets out. Also I a made a mistake on the big deal, but the company worked with me to resolve it in a manner that was beneficial to both of us. Based on my experience, I signed up for ongoing treatments. Very nice and professional group to work with.

Noosa was very thorough and professional. Will and another associate initially consulted with us on exactly what services we were looking for. We had just moved in and had a HUGE Fire Ant issue (20+ large mounds). They explained the services, how they were going to treat them and exactly what we needed to do. They also listened to our concerns as we have 3 dogs and had also seen lizards around our house. We wanted to make sure that whatever treaments they used would be safe for our dogs and also would not harm the lizards. They customized a plan for us, gave us a price and were able to schedule the treament within several days. We are now on the maintenance program for inside, mosquitos and will have them perform termite treatments when required. Over all we were very happy with their services and will continue to use them. The discounts on Angie's List were a bonus.

With all the rain we've had, I am so glad I had purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for mosquito spraying. Dawn in their office was wonderful to work with when I had to reschedule due to our first appointment being rained out. When I called the office after the spraying to check on when my dog could go out (I had forgotten to ask the nice technician), the friendly staff was very helpful. They seem very professional and certainly helpful to their customers. Am looking forward to a mosquito free yard!

Shortly after my Angies List purchase Noosa Pest Management contacted me. They explained they would be in my area and, if convenient for me, could come out to do the job. They asked what kind of problems I was having and then told me who I could expect to be coming over and at what time. This worked out great for me! I travel a lot for work and often can only schedule things a few days in advance. The technician was friendly and courteous. I explained the issues I was having with mice. Not that I had actually seen one, only evidence of where they had been. He inspected the area and placed bait traps. He then performed a walk around inspection of the exterior of the home. He pointed out the problem areas to me and then proceeded to fix them. He placed more bait traps around the crawl space entry, and sealed the edges of a broken foundation vent cover. Then placed and sealed wire mesh screens over older, more open, vent openings. I think the whole appointment took less than an hour. When he was finished the technician explained everything he did. He also told me that the company offers a yearly maintenance program. He explained the cost and what the service covers, but did not try to pressure me, which I greatly appreciated.I told him I wanted to wait and see if this took care of the problem. I'm very happy to say that I have not had anymore problems with mice or any other pests, but if I ever do Noosa Pest Management will be who I call. Thank You Noosa.

The company was quick to reach out after I purchased the deal. We found a date and time that worked. I returned from being out of country and needed to cancel the appointment the day before due to weather. We had a cold snap and a mosquito treatment would not be as useful. They were fantastic and we rescheduled for a new date and time that worked better for me. I appreciate good service and appreciate companies that have flexibility. I also requested an estimate for an ongoing yearly termite prevention/treatment. We were able to achieve both on the same day and it was complimentary. I am pleased with the mosquito treatment and the courteous service from the office staff. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I called the company as we were having a problem controlling ants, wasps, spiders and I knew that soon the mosquito's would be out for the summer. I was a little concerned that being organic, it would not be as effective as regular pesticides, but as my family are sensitive to chemicals, I did not want to chance using anything strong/toxic. William Kiker came out to my home to do the evaluation. He was extremely courteous and professional and carefully explained exactly what he thought would best work to get rid of the insects. As I have a really busy schedule, none of the appointments he suggested were suitable. As a result, he offered to come at 7.00am in the morning to do the job. He arrived on time and once again was extremely patient in answering all my questions and concerns. I decided to wait to post a review as I wanted to see if in fact the organic product worked. I am pleased to say that two weeks later, I have not found an ant crawling anywhere outside at all. I am extremely satisfied with this company and can highly recommend their service to others. In all honestly it is a little early to comment on the mosquito's but if they are controlled as well as the rest of the insects, we are looking foward to "bug free" summer around the swimming pool.

We just had our yard sprayed, so we cannot say how effective it is as off yet. I was very pleased with William, the Noosa employee who sprayed the application in the yard. He shared a lot of information about mosquitos and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

The tech was very friendly and punctual. He was very upfront about costs and estimates. This is my first exterminiator experience and, not knowing what to expect, I was pleased to see him clean the cobwebs from the soffit and the overall level of service.

Everything went very smoothly. We bought the Big Deal, scheduled the appointment and had the work done quickly.

My husband and I got 4 quotes for pest control. There were two companies that we felt were best suited for our needs. The reason we went with Noosa over the other company was because Will (service man from Noosa) was more thorough in the inspection, uncovering remants of infestation that were not noted by the other company and he pointed these areas out to my husband. We would recommend this company for pest control.

A neighbor had seen a squirrel on my roof that he said had just disappeared in the attic or gutter. I also kept seeing critters carrying material in their mouth and disappearing. I assumed a nest was being built somewhere. I called Noosa, and made an appointment for them to check it out. Within a few days, Will was here, on time, professionally dressed, and very pleasant to talk with. He explained that it usually took about five days to catch the squirrels, and the price was $500.00. I asked if he would try just three days, and he said that he would try it, but it might take a little longer. It did take the fourth day, so I ended up paying $400.00 for the job. I do think that is a fair price, and I would definately call them again for any kind of pest control. Will set a trap in the attic and several in the gutters where there were big gaps in the gutter guard for critters to get in and out. Will or another employee checked the traps each day, and on the fourth day, Will came to my door and said "We got him!" The trap was laying in the front yard with a very deceased squirrel in it. Thanks God he saw it before I did! He said it appeared that there was only one squirrel involved, so he closed up the holes so that they could not get back in the gutter or attic. I would definately call Noosa again if I need their services. Everyone was so nice and professional, beginning with the person that took my call. They were very punctual, and called before they came to my house. Will was very nice, pleasant to talk to, knew what he was doing, did his job thoroughly, cleaned up any mess, always dressed professionally, and left a very good impression of himself and the company. I called Noosa based on the good reviews on Angie's list as we have a mouse problem. An active one(s) in our house wall and living room ceiling. The service technician was very punctual and professional. He pointed out a few possible entry points, which I sealed some time later. He placed a type of poison trap in several locations and informed me as mice are terrestrial they would come and go. The traps were put in likely exit points. Weeks later, they're still here. I called Noosa back, they called back quickly. I was informed there wasn't much they could do short of spring traps or the like. (I don't need a service to put out spring traps, something I am capable of doing.) I am investigating options with another exterminator now as I am not fond of mice in the walls with a 5 month old baby in the house. Update: It turns out that the pest problem was not mouse related. We had a bird that had started to nest in our bathroom vent to the outside. I was fortunate I made the observation personally of the bird perched halfway in the wall outside. Upon realizing this was not a mouse problem as I was led to believe I contacted another firm to assist with the bird removal (at a cost of an additional $190). I was also informed the "flex tube" which runs over our living room ceiling up to the bathroom was damaged and the technician could not reach the nesting material. The solution is to cut into the sheet rock of the ceiling to fix it. (A $600-$1200 fix.) Something we will not do at this time. The vent was covered with a new bird proof cover. I have received a call from Noosa on this review and look forward to speaking with them. We may/may not have had a mouse issue. (I was not shown the evidence.) The issue at hand was misdiagnosed, leading to several weeks the bird likely damaged the flex tube further. As previously mentioned they have been responsive and very professional in my dealings with them. I look forward to further discussion and will update after.

Noosa schedules directly with our tenants, keep us informed on progress and call us from the location if there are any questions or concerns. Their techs are friendly & well informed and their office is helpful & provides great customer service.

Wasn't worth the money. He said they were probably entering through the garage, up the walls, and all he did was set several bait traps. I don't care for the bait traps because when the mice die in the walls, they can smell. Then he tried to sell me an ongoing service contract to keep refilling the traps, which doesn't stop the problem. I had expected he would plug up the holes. He did plug a couple behind the stove at my request (I provided the steel wool - he didn't have any with him), but shrugged his shoulders when I asked about the garage - said it would be pretty difficult. If all you want is bait traps, it's fine. But if you want to stop the mice from getting in, it's not very helpful - I just hear them eating the bait in the kitchen at night.

Great.Person arrived right on time and found entry point of mice, filled with steel wool to stop any more from entering. Put out bait traps in house in several areas.

Noosa were so responsive & helpful. They explained all their services very well on the phone and we purchased a coupon for rodent treatment & exclusion. Their technician was at our property within an hour and called me to discuss the situation. He explained that the coupon was for rodent exclusion at ground level but that the problem with the property wasn't rodents. He had identified the issue as being flying squirrels and located the hole behind the gutter through which they were entering the attic space. The tech (I wish I could remember his name) told me that I should request a refund on my coupon and that there would not be a charge for his visit & assessment. The refund was processed very quickly (thank you Angie's List).

We were looking for an environmental friendly pest company since we have pets and the products they use are safe for dogs and humans and work on the pests! Very good guys and on time!

I signed up for quarterly service. The inital visit was great. The employee (Bill) was very professional and educated me on the types of insects at my house. He showed me entry points and offered to close them up as well. It was a great initial service.

We havent had them do the inspection yet but we will soon. So far though, they have been great over the phone and answered any questions Ive had. Theyve also beaten everyones prices.

Experience went great. This company was very professional and very cordial in our meetings. I am currently using them for a rental property. They provide ample heads up notice for when they are coming out so I can alert my tenants. They show up on time and perform their services with minimal distraction for my tenants. The Big Deal on Angie's list was particularly a great value. I have been using them over a year and will likely get another Big Deal for my primary residence if it is offered again. Their report findings are informative and easy to read. Highly recommended.
