+ -1 moreBill, the owner, has done everything from getting new office computers set up with the programs we need. He has performed routine maintenance on some of our computers that were running slow. He has also performed many services at my home including setting up wireless services, connecting wireless printers and has helped with trouble shooting problems. Bill, is extremely reliable, his prices are very fair and he always does an excellent job. I will continue to use the services of "Need My Computer Help?".

+ -1 moreWe have used them several times and are always amazed how quickly they are to respond to our needs. We have never had a problem they can not fix and help us so it does not happen again. As a business that is website driven, we need to update our home page very often and we just e-mail them with our requests and they are taken care of almost immediately. We could not ask for a better company to help us with our computer and website with very reasonable fees.
Description of Work: Our former webmaster really messed up our website, so Need Computer Help came to our house, cleaned up our website and took unneccessary data off our computer and added storage. Whenever we need to take something off our website or add something, they do it almost immediately. When we had a virus, despite having Norton, they came over and cleaned up our system. Anything needed done to the computer, they can fix it.
