They guy came out and was very nice. He spoke plain English so I could understand explaining how to remove old operating system files. The computer now runs more efficiently and is faster. He did a nice job and we established a good relationship. Robert Bashaw is a great computer service technician. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

These folks were very quick to contact me. [I had dropped them a message thru Angies List web site] They listened well and understood the problem, then dove right in to find the cause. Kept in touch with me along the process. I did not feel like ‘just another customer’; they were really interested in helping me. I’ve had the laptop back for a week or so now, and everything’s working great…Thanks to Robert & Phan.

Phan responded the same day and was able to retrieve and restore my computer files that had been corrupted by several viruses. He worked through the weekend so I would have my computer on Monday for work. Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience!

Phan was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered my questions and gave me some solid advice about pc software and utilities to use. The pc works much faster now. He advised me on an operating system, which I now use and like. He recommended a different browser, which I now use and am more than satisfied with. He ran a couple of utilities which helped, then left shortcuts to them on my desktop, for future use. I was having major problems with putting slideshows on disc. I learned from Phan that I just needed to get a new DVD burner that would attach by USB. It was very inexpensive and fixed my problem. Before calling Phan, I was beginning to think that my PC might need to be replaced. However, he has shown me that it is as good as new. Thanks, Phan!

When I met with Phan and described the problem, as well as what I had already attempted to do to resolve it, I also told him I was desperate to retrieve my school project. He took a look at the computer, did a few things to it, and then showed me what he had found so far on the computer, including my missing paper, and asked if that was what I was looking for! Needless to say, I was thrilled when he e-mailed the paper to me, and more than happy for him to take the computer and work on it. By Wednesday, he had completely restored the computer to 100% working order, and retrieved all of the data and documents, plus given it a full tune-up.

I found Phan here on Angie's List and decided to give him a try. I called, explaining that there were grinding noises coming from my Dell Studio PC, and that it would barely boot. I assumed it was my hard-drive. Phan took a look at everything and realized that it wasn't my hard-drive. It was the fan on my video card--thank God! He quickly replaced the card with an even better one than the original, and upgraded my RAM at cost. Although NBST usually works for larger businesses with big servers and many computers and other equipment, Phan treated me like I was a VIP customer. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me pointers on how to avoid problems with my PC in future. He offered to help with other issues via remote access, when the time comes. I will definitely call Phan with any of my computing needs in the future. It's a relief to find someone I can trust with expensive equipment and sensitive data.

Provider arrived at the appointed time, removed new computer from the box and immediately began transferring all information from the old business computer. Phan was very careful to "save" all information from the old computer, rechecking same several times to insure he did not lose any files or folders!! The new computer has Windows 8, with a different email system and he spent a lot of time with me to insure I was familiar with all aspects and nuances of the Outlook Office system so I could hit the ground running when he finished!! Very personable! Very knowledgeable!! Phan's work was completed, I was happy and he was on his way in just over 3 hours!!

Phan showed up on time and finished quickly. He was very professional, thorough and personably. He made a change to my modem and when I tried to print later it wouldn't work. I called him and he fixed it immediately by using a remote system. Glad I foun him on Angie's list

Provider was able to gain access remotely and addressed all my computer issues. He was professional and it was really great as he remained in his office and did the work!! Great experience. Will definitely use NBS Technology again!!

NBS is a great team to work with. Phan the owner really took the time to understand our needs and was quick to start putting programs together for my company. Tracy our tech does an fantastic job of trouble shooting and speeding up our network and computers. I have had other IT companies and NBS is the best hands down. The really enjoy what they do and are a real joy to work with.

When laptop failed, we called NBS Technology, Inc. (who is our normal computer helper) and Phan: Responded within hours since he knew we used the computer for work Determined that the hard drive had burned up and identified the root cause Took the computer, ordered parts and returned it repaired within 48 hrs Set up the repaired computer, reestablished all software, and got us going Came back two days later to wrap up some small software items that we found while working Phan and Tracy, who often handles our computers, printers, scanners, etc. are skilled, up-to-date, and able to fix any problem we've had on Windows and Apple machines. We highly recommend them.

I called this compant because I wasn't sure If I should have my computer repaired or buy a new one. I was told to buy a new one because my computer is 6 years old. The gentleman I spoke with even answered my questions about what would be the best purchase and what I should spend, even what would be too much to spend. these guy's are the kind of people this website was created to find... honest and helpful!

This is the second time we have used NBS. Both times we have had Tracy do the work. He isamazing..very professional and knowledgeable. Both times he came the same day and completed the work within the hour that we paid for the big deal. I would call them again in a heartbeat. After he left, a question came up. He found the answer and called back and walked me through it at no cost. He is te best!!!!

Purchased a deal through Angie's List, repair person arrived on time, performed the work in an hour or less, explained to me what he did and what we could do to fix the problem he did find.

The tech came and picked my laptop up, performed diagnostics, and reported back to me that the motherboard would have to be replaced. Because I chose not to have it repaired, he will bring my laptop back to me when he's in the area of my work. Both techs I dealt with were very nice, professional, and responded to me in a timely fashion.

We are a start up business requiring help with hardware, software and installation of company network. NBS was very professional and gave good advice regarding equipment features and functionality. Most importantly they answered the phone whenever we called. If they were not able to come to office right away there were able to troubleshoot remotely. I trust NBS to guide us in the right direction and to take care of us in an emergency. I would highly recommend this company!!
