Description of Work: Installed tile in small laundry room. They started the job at about 12 noon with floor preparation then tile installation which took about 2 hours. The installers came back the same evening to grout the tile which took about 1 hour. Tile was ready for use the next morning.

Description of Work: I did not use. I rec'd an estimate only for wood flooring in the living & dining room. The provider showed up on time, he only answered the questions I asked him and did not appear Interested in doing the work.

Description of Work: They cancelled my scheduled service appointment and could not confirm when they would be able to complete the work. They were late to the first appt and only had two tiles to choose from.

Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate appointment with this company. The representative showed up 20 mins late to an appointment, on a weekday. They didn't even bother to call me and warn me on the delay. The sales representative then walked in and started by saying that a "refinishing" on the floor could not be performed at all. He identified wet spots on the floor and tried to convince me that there were leaks in my floor. In fact, my pets had their drinking bowls in those spots, causing the wood to rot. He went further and said my only recourse was to buy new lumber (from his store), and redo the floor.I decided to humor him and asked for an estimate. Seven days and counting, no follow ups and no emails or estimates from these folks. I would not recommend these folks or use their services myself.

Description of Work: What a mess. My house was full of stain handprints all over the walls. We have yet to hire a painting company to fix all the mess on the walls. Even the bathroom toilets have stain marks on them so I have to change those as well. They were very sloppy. I had to pick up cans and cigarette buds that were thrown all over my front yard every time I stopped by the house. Floors are ok, I just wish they had been more careful.
