My entire bathroom is about 100 sq ft - I thought to would be able to negotiate a modification of the square footage because I already had removed the old floor and had my own tiles - the person who came by to measure nixed this immediately - He promised to email me an estimate for the entire 100 sq foot space, but I never received it I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REFUND OF THE ENTIRE $349 I PAID ON APRIL 14, 2014

United Flooring first came to lace in some hardwood where we had taken a wall down. They are friendly, as respectful as it gets, and the quality is amazing. When they were finished, no one could tell where the new wood and the old wood met. The room was perfect. We just had them install oak hardwood in our master bedroom, replacing the old carpet, and matching what the rest of the house has. We were hoping that it would look like the existing and seem like the house was built this way and we are really happy with the results. Top notch, finishes on schedule and prices are great! I had some problems picking out the right hardwood floors for my house. The team at United Flooring was very helpful and knowledgeable. They went over tons of samples with me and made sure I was getting the right look, and made sure I got the right price. The installation was beautiful and the crew was very professional. I love my new hardwood floors!

Team showed up on time and had all flooring installed by time they left. There were a few issues that Fabio resolved. The floors looked great and we are very happy with the outcome.

More that I be able to afford

United Flooring did a fantastic job on my hardwood flooring project. Carlo and his guys paid close attention to detail and made sure the job came out perfect. The outcome of the sand and finish of my hardwood floors was significantly better than I ever imagined it could be and the price was very competitive. I got several bids on this project and I picked United Flooring because the estimator Carlo was so knowledgeable took the time to go over every detail with us. They took some dingy old floors and made them look brand new again! I will absolutely recommend this company to all of my family and friends!!!

I called to schedule the appointment and they forgot about the appointment. I called in and they did come out 30-40 minutes after I spoke with someone in the office. The deal didn’t work out because I was under the impression that price was for the entire floor but the big deal was towards the floor.

Very, very happy!!! I told the estimator, Carlo, my budget and what I wanted. He knew exactly what to offer me, and it was by no means cheap looking. Very willing to answer any and all questions I had. The staff was friendly, clean, and professional. We had wood floors installed and their crew they stand by was amazing. We will be calling them soon to do the kids' rooms. We couldn't be happier and more pleased. We were also glad to stay local. Great business that I'm sure is here to stay.

Having waited 5 months to write this review I would say that overall the project went well. Carlo cam e to the house to walk thru our options and take measurements and he was the most polite and professional of the salesmen that we had talked to. The price he was able to give us either matched or beat his competitors. Due to the pricing and that fact that we liked Carlo we decided to go with his company over more experienced/tenured Charlotte contractors. It started out very well as Carlo was able to work w/ the flooring manufacturer we liked and wanted (Cali Bamboo) and was able to get a better price on it then what we would have been able to do. The install had its challenges. It was a learning experience for me, as I now know I need to be clear in my expectations and make sure I stay on top of the contractors. Carlo wasn't present for much of the install and we did run into some hiccups (flooring was installed perpendicular to our desired direction), glue residue was left on the floor, the staining of the stairs initially did not come close to matching the bamboo. At the end of the day, Carlo and his team were able to correct all of our issues (other than the direction of the floor, though he did volunteer to rip it out and do it again). We butted heads a few times as I felt like he and his team INITIALLY did not want to take responsibility for some of the issues that we encountered. Long story short, while we ran into some bumps along the way, Carlo and his team did come thru and we are VERY happy with our results.

United Flooring Group was the only one who answered right away. They were able to schedule my estimate for the next day. Carlo was very helpful and gave us a very complete estimate of what needed to be done. The job was started within three days, and the guys were very professional, they did an amazing job. They seemed very organized, and the house was kept clean all the time. The best part of our experience is that they were able to finish on the time scheduled, and within the time frame we wanted. We received a very good treatment from United Flooring and I will be referring this company to family and friends.

I had a unique situation because I needed to remodel my house and refinish my floors when I was out of state, so I needed someone I could trust on a good and detailed estimate, and somebody that would get the job done. I had my neighbor showing the house to the companies I received estimates from. I needed to go with the company I could trust the most, a company that showed me they were quoting the job fairly, and for the right items. United Flooring was my right bet. The estimator Carlo explained every detail of the job over the phone, and gave me a great price for the entire job. I had purchased the tile for the bathroom, so I was quoted on the repair on some boards of hardwood, refinishing the floors, and the tile installation. Very satisfied with the work this company performed in my house. The flooring technician was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions, unlike the other companies I had the estimate from. The work was commenced on the scheduled day and they finished on time. The work was very clean and I did not have any issue with the installation crew. Everyone in this company seemed to be very professional. Happy to have chosen United Flooring.
