We warned him in advance that we were very, very picky. He said that he wanted to do a good job. They didn't do everything we wanted them to do. he would see the problem, and he was supposed to come back and do it himself and he never came. I paid him and he didn't show up that one time and he never called me back or offer an apology. Their quality wasn't bad, they just had a bad follow-up.

Mr. Ennis was very prompt in returning my call to set up the estimate, get the key to do the work, and collect half the quoted price. He got in right away and finished the work as promised. The work was mediocre at best. There were some missed spots in the hall, the stairs needed to be redone as he did not put up a sign indicating the paint was wet and therefore they were walked upon, the railing was not cleaned well, and there were some missed spots in the hallway. Mr. Ennis said he would be by to do the touch ups on the upcoming Saturday around noon. I advised him I was going out of town that afternoon and he said no problem - he'd be done in short time. I waited until 3:00 that Saturday without so much as a phone call. He finally came the following week to do the work after repeated calls and e-mails. It is regrettable Mr. Ennis does not put the same punctuality in getting the job and collecting his money as he does in actually doing the job properly.

It was outstanding. I have an inherent distrust of painters and I have now found one I can trust. They were prompt, worked from start to finish, used the paint I wanted to use, did excellent cleanup. I have used them for several interior jobs since then and the results are always excellent.
