+ -1 moreI called MSS service department as I do every now and then. At Storage Central we have 21 heat pumps and it is fairly routine to make a service call especially when it is extremely hot. Keith Sadowski was on our site within 15 minutes of my call to the main office. This is the norm for his service. He efficiently examines every system and usually has it working again within an hour. I can't tell you how much my tenants appreciate this speed and I appreciate their professionalism and service.
Description of Work: Cleaned out condensate line that was clogged preventing the A/C from cooling.

Description of Work: Had an A/C blower motor go out on a A/C unit in our Storage Facility on 6/25/12. I called the number (even though it is a Charlotte number they reroute you to a Raleigh person). I had a tech on site in 10 minutes. He determined the problem and took the motor to a Carrier dealer. Unfortunately they were out of stock and he said it would be 3-5 days to get it in. They returned in 4 days and installed it. Today 6/29/12 the exact thing happened with another storage unit. The tech was on site in less than an hour from the time I called even though it is over 100 degrees today and I am sure they are swamped. Again they are rushing the part to us and hopefully we will have it installed in 3-5 days. They also were able to get the part for free since it was under warranty. They did not install the original part but took the time to pursue the warranty on it.
