Customer service was prompt. The technician was very upfront and honest. My initial problem was not solved but tech did his best and identified my larger issue. Future review TBD

I had an emergency and Mr. Rooter was able to send someone out in 45 minutes. The pricing seemed reasonable and the technician was very courteous and professional. I am definitely going to be using them again.

They were timely coming out, professional and proficient. They did a great.

It pays to get a company and not just an independant plumber. This has cost us a ton. Plumbing is as bad as an electrical problem. Neither are cheap when needed. And the problem will not be totally fixed until after Christmas.

Walked us through every step of the process. Fixed everything in a timely manner. William, Paul, and John were very professional, down to earth, knowledgable, and genuine.

They did a great job. Fixed everything, and kept us informed of the process.

Mr. Rooter sent out their rep Matt and his assistant Dominic to replace our main water line and water tank. They were very professional, friendly and informative explaining their work as they went along. We would definitely recommend!
