I little pricey but they did excellent work.

Customer service is excellent. I had my ceiling wallpapered and they did a great job... not many people can do this well. There is a section around ceiling fixture that was patched and I should have had them put a whole new piece up but at $200 an hour I settled for patch up. They patched walls also and did great work. They also installed several light fixtures. For specialized jobs they were well worth it but for basic jobs too expensive. No free estimates either.

They were prompt. The professional who did the job went out of his way to do it quickly and took care to do it to a high quality. The work has just been finished and I have been very happy with the response of the company to my job and the way everything has been handled and done. I will use them again and recommend them.

Extremely poor communication, no formal estimate of entire cost of project was ever given, only an hourly rate. Won't hire them again.

Good work, but very expensive. Hourly rate can add up really quickly. Large jobs should be charged single fee versus hourly.

I specified the task and sq. ft. beforehand. Their estimate would have put the job at 4-5 hours, about $500. Arrived w/o supplies and charged $108/hr + $20 truck fee to get them. Plus they marked up them up. We stopped their work at about 1/3 complete. Charge for the day >$700. The only reason I give them a 2 is that the labor was a good guy. Its the company's policies and rules that made things difficult and unjust. I called, complained, they listened. In the end they offered me $70 refund. My wife finished the job and did it just as well (if not better). Expensive lesson. I won't use them. I don't recommend them.

The contractor arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Job completed perfectly. Very easy to schedule and everything happened on time. However, the work by the hour meant the worker went up & down ladder, to the truck & back multiple times. Plan on paying for 2.5 hours regardless of the 1.5 it should have taken.

His rates and services were competitive with other vendors and he came prepared and on time..

The Handyman came out the same day and fixed the problem we had with the window and fixed drywall issues that were not part of original call for service. We also had a window that had seal leakage that caused window to fog when sun hit window. They've ordered the window and expect to be back the day after window comes in to replace. We are very pleased with work to date.
