Mr. Handyman of East and West Charlotte to Belmont

The repair was a 12 foot piece for flashing that blew off during a recent storm. The estimate was $275-$350. The final bill came to $473. I feel the cost was way to much for the amount of work needed. I will not likely use Handyman again, they charge too much. Parts = $20 Labor = $320 Van Fee(??) = $20 Rental = $99

Mr. Handyman did everything I wanted. No complaints.

Customer service was excellent, and the job (power washing) was performed well. It was a very high price for a small condo balcony (8'x12') though; almost 300$. When I did more research online I found that this was a very high price for our area.

Communication was great. I really value folks who are on time and talk to me. Even though I am a 65 year old woman, they explained to me how to maintain my house myself, or pointed out work that should be performed in the future. Even though they were more expensive than I would like, getting the work done properly and on time is worth the price.

Very professional on time and completed as requested. A bit costly but is was ok. The project was completed and both my wife and I are delighted. Will use Handyman services again.
