I still have one window that won't open and another window that has a balance (?) falling out of it. The work was incomplete and very expensive for incomplete work. I am definitely not satisfied.

Because of the way they do billing it was very expensive to change a battery in a smoke detector that i cant reach. It may have been better if i had planned other projects at the same time but this came up suddenly and had to be done right away so no time to plan. In the future I will plan but will use someone else that is more flexible in their pricing structure. It was done quickly and not a complicated job but just ended up being very expensive.

Friendly and very professional, completed the work and price was as quoted nothting extra. Would definitely recomend them to others.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of my stairs project. The contractor was courteous, knowledgeable and highly experienced. He offered several options, explained what was done every step of the way, along with expected results. He made me feel in total control throughout the process. My project was completed timely and of the highest quality. Top notch service from customer service representative included details of entire cost with no surprises.

Incredibly thorough. Looked at skylight and was very detailed in trying to determine exact cause of leak. When he found it, he spent considerable effort trying to patch the problem. When most handymen would have called it a day at 5:00, he stayed until 9:00 to make sure the job was comlete and done right. We haven't had a problem with the skylight since. Without a doubt, the best handyman I have ever used. Hands down.

Only part of the work was performed - gutters and reinstalling part of a window that had come out on the basement level. Window required scraping off old caulk and reinstalling; gutters are on a townhouse (front and back only) - 3 hr job max - tech was here for more than 5 hours and I was charged more than $600 to clean gutters and reinstall a window. Expressed dissatisfaction to their office staff without much result and more than a bit of attitude. Definitely won't use them again. Update - found out when it rained last weekend that one full line of gutters - they refused to come back out to clean it. Nice way to do business.

We had some issues, but the owner of the company took a personal hand is resolving them, which is all you can ask from a company short of not having the issues to begin with. Without the owner's involvement, I would have rated this repair substandard. With his involvement and subsequent correction, the service was average.

I hired Mr. Handyman to replace our kitchen faucet. Cornett showed up on time, did a great job, and was very professional. I would definitely use their services again based on the experience and price.

Fast, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. A little pricey, but they got the job done...and it would be sitting for several more weeks if I were trying to complete the work! I'd use them again. Tom was great.

I hired company to measure glass for me so I could order it correctly from window company. Tech showed up, had no idea what to do, did not know how to measure, brought his son in law back to do job, all wrong measurements. glass ordered wrong size, I had to pick up glass myself. Handyman showed up w/2 techs to do install, could only install 1 window of 4, measured again. Wanted to charge me outrageous $, because 2 man job, did not tell me this in advance, I missed 2 days of work, job is stil not finished. I will miss more work because I have to pick up glass AGAIN. Handyman was FIRED.
