We now have a problem with a window. When I opened one of my windows, the bottom sash is cracked. It's not a big crack. I went to the company that I bought them from. I tried to go to them. I called every number that I could find. Finally, I was told they had gone out of business. I guess the guy's retired or something. But, my warranty is also from Moss. I went online. I got a phone number. I called the number. Maybe I'm old fashioned or something, but when you answer the phone, you answer with the name of the business, and ask, "how may I help you?" I got a hello. I had to ask if it was the name of the person I was calling and if it was the company. She finally said yes. I told her my problem. I'm not getting any resolution on it. She gave me a number of other people to call. I told her my warranty was with her. Up until I had the problem, there were no problems. Now, that there's a problem, I'm not getting any resolution. Punctuality is non applicable. I would not ever buy anything else from them again. I have a copy of the warranty. The person I talked to was totally unprofessional. I don't know if she was at home in bed and had a phone. If it was a business, it should have been answered in an appropriate manner. Her name was Lisa Jackson. She told me to call a sales rep. I did call him. I haven't gotten a response from him, either. The sales rep is not going to want to have anything to do with this. My husband says it's probably a patch kit or something. I know nothing about this.
