It went great, we have a large yard and he sprayed areas of concern to us. We were very happy with the appointment process and the follow up on our service.

Purchased from Groupon. This is the second time purchasing similar deal (though through different site) and it was supposed to be for new customers only (this was not clear when purchased). However, they honored the voucher anyways. Appointment originally scheduled for 8/19, but was rained out and they called to confirm and reschedule promptly. Arrived as scheduled the next day, sprayed and then left. The spray barrier worked great the first time for 2-3 weeks (the timing promised) and it has already eliminated the mosquitoes in the yard today.

If they ever call me I can let you know how it goes.

They always show up on time. They always ask if we have had any problems. The answer is always no. Since they started treating our yard in 2013 none of our family or friends have been bitten by a mosquito. Our yard is heavily wooded, perfect for sustaining Mosquitos. Try them. They say to call them immediately if we see them again, but we never have.

Since I have not heard any response from this company, I am likely $29 in the hole. It is not worth the trouble when their are likely much better options for mosquito treatments in the area.

I purchased a one-time spray deal via Groupon. On the day that I purchased the product, I sent a message through the "Let's Talk" link on the company's web page. If possible, I wanted our yard sprayed before a party we were hosting later that week and had very few unscheduled times in which that could happen, and I just wanted to know if it was possible to receive the treatment before then or not so that I could plan accordingly. I explained that I would need to be home to open the locked gate into the yard. No one ever returned my message. The next day, I received a call from an unlisted number, which I let go to voicemail. When I listened to it, I heard an automated message telling me that my appointment was scheduled for the next day. That evening and twice the next morning, I called and left messages saying that no one should come spray my yard when I wasn't home because our yard is fenced, gated, and locked and that I could try to be home when the service person could come if someone could only tell me when that was. A young woman returned my call that afternoon AFTER a young man showed up and began spraying in my front yard. I had come home and was getting ready to leave again when the young man showed up, and so I was able to let him in our yard, but had I not randomly been there, he wouldn't have been able to treat our yard because he wouldn't have been able to get in. The young man did spray the back yard and part of the front yard. He did not spray the whole front yard but only the flower bed area immediately in front of the house. I would have gone out and asked about that and why he wasn't spraying the shrubs on the other side of the walkway, etc., but that's when the young woman from the company called me back. She was very polite and nice, but she explained that the company does not schedule appointments at particular times. Rather, the service person comes at any time during that day. I explained that because we keep our yard locked -- to keep people out of our pool and because we have a guard dog -- that wouldn't work for us, could we get the first appointment in the morning in the future, etc. Nope. If their scheduling policy had been explained on their web site, I wouldn't have bought the Groupon because I would have known that wouldn't work for us. Neither the young man who came to spray nor the young woman I spoke to offered me any additional information about pricing for future treatments, and the young man left before checking with me to see if I had any questions about the product, service, etc. It is too bad that the customer service is poor and the scheduling policy is so inconvenient because the product works great. We've been extremely happy with that lack of mosquitos in our yard. This might not be a bad company to work with if your yard is open and you don't care if you are home or not during the treatment, but if you are like us and need or want to be on your property when a service is bring performed, this is not the company to hire.

I bought a Living Social deal for this provider and used it on 4/26. The experience was very good. The company responded promptly, showed up as scheduled and was very professional. We inquired about using their services over the summer. There was no price advantage to signing up for a service package so we decided to hire as needed about every 3 weeks. We received our second service on 5/24 and paid $49.99. Again all went as expected and we had no compliant with the service. On 6/20 I used their online tool to request a service on 6/28. That's when things started going badly. I received an odd email with an invoice attached saying that "due to unforeseen circumstances" they were unable to service my property. So I responded saying that I found it inappropriate that they would attach an invoice to an email saying they didn't do the work and to please bill me once they had provided the service. I gave my preference for being serviced on 7/3 or 7/5 but they didn't show up either day. I emailed asking for an update on 7/7 and received a voice mail that I was scheduled for 7/12. I worked from home yesterday and didn't see anyone appear so I called to be sure they were still coming and was assured that they were still out working and if they hadn't been to my house they would be as long as it didn't downpour. It didn't rain at all but I see no evidence that they appeared. This morning I emailed to cancel the relationship and any further services because while I can understand the challenges that all this rain has caused, I simply don't understand the lack of communication or the resulting 14 day delay in getting me fit back into the schedule (even if it wasn't the exact day I requested -- had they called and said "it's 'x' date or you'll wait another week" it at least would have given me a chance to make a decision and give input. I don't know what happened but I know they've been trying to build business with Living Social and Groupon deals so perhaps those overwhelmed them and they were unable to properly service the new customers they had already picked up. Regardless I'm going to wish these folks well and use another provider that is more responsive and reliable.

I purchased the Living Social deal for $29 for this treatment. The person who performed the treatment sprayed my yard, and also ended up spraying my house and car. This left a sticky film on all of my windows and my car. I am bug-free 9 days later; however I had to hire a window cleaning company to clean my windows after the service, and have my car washed..... So, the treatment ended up costing me much more than the $29. I think they could probably spray in such a way as to avoid your windows. I recommend being home if you buy this service so you can ask the technician not to spray your house.

The mosquitoes in my backyard were really bad this year so I bought the Living Social voucher for Mosquito Guard to spray my yard with their barrier spray. The appointment process was easy. The application took just a few minutes and the guys were very careful to listen to me when I explained what areas I wanted treated and that I didn't want the covered deck or the vegetable garden sprayed. The treatment was applied midday on Satruday and we were totally mosquito free that night when we hosted an outdoor dinner party. The barrier is supposed to remain effective for 21 days. Thank you Mosquito Guard!
