I can’t tell you how beautiful our new patio looks. Juan was so punctual from the very beginning. He came 3 days after calling him to give us an estimate which was cheaper than the other quote we received and he did it in half the time quoted from the other company. He was awesome and I highly recommend him. It’s good to know there are still reputable companies who value their customers and do what they say they are going to do.

Ricardo was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Walked me through the entire process upon quoting us. The project went very well....Mr. Morales and his crew were here at 7:00 am sharp and went to work immediately....They dug up the old walkway and poured the concrete for the new one and used a template to put designs in the walkway....The following day, Mr. Morales came out to put 2 different color stains that I had picked out for the walkway....It could not have turned out any more perfect...With the help of Mr. Morales in choosing the colored stains, the walkway matched the brick veneer of our house to a tee....I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Morales and his crew that if I need any of that kind of work done again, I will definitely use him again.

Probably the best experience that I have ever had hiring a contractor. Ricardo responded to every phone call and text. He personally came out three different times. Once for the estimate and each of the two days to complete the work. He did exactly what he said. Patio looks awesome.

We "found" Morales Concrete on an Angie's list search. Their rankings and reviews were VERY good. We contact them and the owner, Ricardo Morales, came out to our community the next day. We showed him what we wanted to do with a concrete sidewalk extention (17') plus adding at 10' x 15' concrete patio at the end of the sidewalk. He gave us a GREAT quote (compared with four other contractors) and told us he could start the project in two days and finish it on the same day they started. He did. His work was HIGHLY professional and nothing but quality. Morales totally cleared as they went and when they left our HOA community you would not know that they had been there except for the great job they did of adding the sidewalk extension and the patio. Our residents are going to love this since we are now installing lovely seating benches on the patio with indirect LED lights.

We made several calls to top-rated Angie's List companies to bid on pouring a ~180ft residential driveway. Morales Concrete came in with a competitive bid and also was able to meet our desire for custom coloring, which was the deciding factor for us. Ricardo was very pleasant and professional and proved to be a master of his craft. The only thing concerning to me was that he did not prepare an official contract, payment terms, or other documentation. While, in this day and age, I would not take those chances, his official Angie's List reviews proved to me I had nothing to worry about, and was why we moved forward. In a way, it was almost refreshing - reminiscent of the simpler days when you hired local mom and pops with a handshake and gentleman's agreement. The lack of fine print and contractual loopholes to determine was therapeutic in a way. Anyway, if that is concerning to you, I believe Ricardo can prepare something formal, but trust me, he will make sure you are completely satisfied with the end product as long as you are clear with your desires. He and his team were on-time or early for work, and wrapped up our project in just 2 days. Ricardo also called when any uncertainties or options arose; I highly appreciated this as opposed to contractors who simply do what "they" think is best rather ask first. We were very impressed with the end result, and was actually better than we anticipated. Ricardo and his team are very skilled craftsmen, artistic even. A few weeks later, we had Riccardo come back out and do a couple small concrete projects, and we will be contacting him for any/all future concrete work, as well as recommending him to others. If you are looking for top service at an aggressive price, Morales Concrete is the way to go.

Ricardo meet with us twice before project. Once to give us a quote, the second time was to go over the specifics of the project to be sure we were all on the same page. Ricardo was very professional and knowledgeable. The yard has quite a slope and some large tree roots - these were areas of concern for us. Ricardo explained how he would handle these issues. Ricardo’s team was very professional, courteous, clean, and hard-working. Ricardo was at the job site for the full duration of the project. We were very pleased with the whole process and how the driveway and parking pads turned out. We would not hesitate to recommend morales concrete or use him again.

Everything went very well. Juan Ricardo was very easy to work with. They were the best price out of 4 quotes and was also able to provide liability information where others could not. Highly recommend. My only piece of constructive criticism I would add is that they did not send a few pictures that I would have liked to get for a quick quality check (in process pictures) but everything went very well and I'm very pleased with work initially.

The service, quality and professionalism Morales Concrete delivers is exceptional. I requested an estimate online at midnight. Ricardo Morales responded at 7 am the following day. The same day he assessed the concrete repair and submitted an estimate. He said he could complete the job in 2-3 weeks however I asked if it could be done sooner. He said he could fit in the demolition the following day if he started early and, if it didn’t rain, he’d be able to complete it. The following day Ricardo called, as promised, and sent me a text to tell me he was on his way. It didn’t rain, he completed the work that day. The driveway looks great. While I didn’t receive other estimates as comparison, the online calculators for concrete repair validated the charge was very competitive. Ricardo estimated, scheduled and completed a quality job before others responded to my online request for an estimate. I’m very impressed.

I am very happy with Morales Concreate. They quoted me a reasonable price to fix my walkway from my Drive way to my Front Porch. They showed up on time, a little early in fact, and it took them the amount of time they said it would take to finish the job. I would higher them again.

Ricardo and his men showed up on time as promised, and went right to work. He and his men broke up the old front porch and step, an proceeded to construct the new porch in a timely and professional manner. When the job was complete, his men did a great job cleaning up and removing the debris. We will definitely use the company again.

Ricardo and his crew are excellent! This is the second time we’ve used them. The last time was for driveway repair at our old residence. This time he leveled the ground and poured a new concrete pad for a basketball court. Ricardo schedules a time to give a free estimate and then schedules work once the estimate is approved. He’s always on time and his whole crew works efficiently. Highly recommend him!
