Morales Concrete

We reached out to a number of Angie List rated concrete companies and Ricardo Morales was by far the most responsive. He came out to review what I wanted done and he even ended up doing work for my neightbor who had told me he also needed some cement work completed. Ricardo gave me a very fair quote on the spot. I called Ricardo a few days later to accept his offer and Ricardo told me when he could start. A few days before the date, Ricardo called to confirm. He and his crew showed up on the agreed upon date at the time he said he would. He and his crew completed the job and it came out great. We could not be happier with our dealings with Morales Cement and Ricardo!

Mr. Morales and his team did an outstanding job on our new patio. An onsite quote was provided before the work was started, and they met that budget. They arrived early and worked very diligently to get the job done quickly. The craftsmanship was beautiful and was finished exactly as described.

Called on Friday and was able to come out and complete the job on Monday. Looks great - super nice guy. Definitely recommend.

Ricardo Morales is professional and quickly responded to my request for an estimate. Scheduling the work was easy and quick. He was able to address my concerns about a grade change and offered me several good solutions. His team did a splendid job repairing my walkway and creating my patio extension. Thank you!

Excellent communication and work. Could not recommend Ricardo and his crew more. Extremely responsive. Setup an appointment to come out and give an estimate. Estimate was received via email in less than 24 hours. Appointment was made to do the work. Ricardo called a few days prior to confirm. Work crew was on site by 7:45 in the morning and finished the job by that afternoon. Would not accept payment until I fully inspected work and clean-up. Would definitely hire Morales Concrete again.

Exceeded every expectation! Came to look at the space promptly & at time agreed upon. He walked through options & gave me time to Mae my decision without pressure. Came to our home a second time to allow us to pick finishes & date for install. Did work on day promised, team was in and out quickly without fuss or mess. After finding Mr. Morales on Angie's List, I sent an email describing the work needed and with a request for an inspection. Mr. Morales responded within the hour the same day and we set a date to meet. During the inspection, he made excellent recommendations to improve my original concept. We agreed on the work to be done, installation date, and price. I was fortunate that Mr. Morales was able to begin the job earlier than planned. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent. On installation day, he and his crew arrived promptly when expected at 7:30 am and immediately began to start the project. Job was complete by 3:30 pm the same day. I was very impressed with the quality of work delivered, the attention to detail finishing the concrete, and Mr. Morales' professional manner. His work exceeded my expectations and other than the fantastic new addition to my driveway, there was no way to know that a work crew had been on site. Care was given to all areas of the property during the installation. I would highly recommend you contact Mr. Morales if you are considering any type of concrete work for your home. He and his team are prompt, professional, courteous, and skilled.

Please remove my negative review on 03/13/2017. I have tried to contact Angie's List via email to no success in March of 2017. Mr. Morales and I have resolved the issue and this is no longer the issue. PLEASE HELP!

When he came out to provide an estimate, Ricardo Morales had good suggestions and listened to what I was looking for. His estimate was not the lowest, but it was close, and lower than some others by quite a bit. But really I'm writing this review because of the excellent quality of work and how easy it was to work with him. He came when he promised, did a thorough job which looks great, and charged what was agreed. Highly recommended.

The driveway and walkway look great! Ricardo was punctual and responsive. Everything he said he would get done he did and the outcome was better than we had hoped. I asked him the second day if the roots to a bush could be removed and even though the bobcat was gone he and his crew went and pulled it entirely out.
