Ricardo is very professional and highly recommended.

They did excellent work for me. The work was beautiful. They were willing to work with me as far as coming up with the best plan to accomplish the work since its not the typical type of deck you see with cement. I was concerned with water due to it possibly ruining the existing cement deck but overall it all it was done by a skilled craftsman. Its hard to find someone that works so well with the customer. They were great. Some of my neighbors even wanted them to come out to give them estimates for their decks.

Everything went extremely smoothly from the initial contact and estimate to the work itself being completed. He had very competitive pricing, held to his word on everything he said, was super responsive, and the quality of his work was perfect. Mr. Morales was about the 5th contractor I tried to hire to repair a poorly done job. He was the only one who followed through. He was very prompt and did a nice job.

When my husband and I decided to have concrete work done, I turned to Angie's List. After reading the reviews for Morales Concrete, I knew that this was the company to contact. I called and arranged a time/date for us to meet. Mr. Morales came out, looked at the proposed project, and gave us a cost. We agreed and scheduled the time for the work to be done. Mr. Morales and his crew arrived an hour earlier than expected. (A good thing!) They worked nonstop until the job was completed. Our patio is beautiful, but my favorite part of the job is the driveway extension. I no longer have to step on grass when getting out of the car. (It's funny, but I keep looking for more places, at my home, where concrete could be an improvement.) I'm so very happy that I've found an honest, skilled concrete contractor. Plus, Mr. Morales is a really nice person.

Ricardo was prompt on showing up for quote and his price was very competitive. On the day of the job he and his men showed up early and worked all day. A 3 hour pop-up rain storm delayed the job but Ricardo's team stayed in their trucks and finished the job in the dark, completing at midnight. Best customer service I have ever received from a contractor.

Our home was built in the 1970’s. When we purchased it a few years ago, the inspection report showed that the garage floor had cracked and settled over the years. I contacted Ricardo regarding the proposed work. He was very responsive, and came over to assess the job and provided a very competitive price to (1) remove the existing floor; (2) put down a new base to level the floor; (3) install a new concrete floor for the entire garage. Ricardo and his team were easy to work with. They cleaned up everything including hauling away all of the old concrete they had removed. I was very pleased with the way they left the garage and the surrounding driveway and work area. Ricardo’s customer service is outstanding. He even followed up later that evening by phone after the work was completed to make sure I was totally satisfied. He even stopped by a few days later to look at the floor to make sure it was to our liking, and it definitely was. I would definitely use Ricardo again in the future.

This is our 2nd concrete project with Ricardo. Both were completed above our expectations. The work was excellent, they were responsive and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Morales was extremely responsive and got an estimate to me within 24 hours. He scheduled a day to do the work and was there on time and ready to go. More importantly, the repaired section of driveway looks exactly like the rest of the driveway, which is very hard to do with the pebble layer added.

Ricardo was excellent to work with. He came out as scheduled to give us a quote. He then came out on a tight schedule to do the work prior to an event we were holding on the patio. He did an excellent job and even came back to put on an extra coat beyond what had been planned. Very highly recommend Ricardo!

Buyer beware. Too many complaints to write. Pictures are available if needed to see what you get for your money. Please get everything in writing if you decided to use this company. I am hiring another company to do the job correctly.

We ended up replacing three 5' by 5' blocks that had been cracked and badly uneven. Finished work looks very good and drains better. Less susceptible to icing in winter. Hopefully it will hold for a very long time. Ricardo was very responsive and always managed to take my calls before and after work was completed.

They provided excellent customer service. Not only did they install the patio, wall and drain as requested, they finished ahead of schedule. My neighbors continue to stop and compliment the work. Some have inquired about the possibility of doing something similar for their property.

Mr Morales and his crew are the best. Very prompt. Explained everything before he started. The finished patio is absolutely beautiful. Found cheaper contractors but actually went and seen completed projects Morales did. Talked with homeowners that he worked for and got only positive comments. If you are going to do some concrete work, this is the company you need to hire. You’ll be glad you did. I plan on using them again next year. Thanks Mr Morales for my beautiful patio.

Mr. Morales was wonderful to work with throughout the project. He promptly answered phone calls, showed up when he said he would and finished project when he said he would, I would not hesitate to use him again and refer my friends and neighbors to him. We had 3 quotes and he was who we wanted to go with as soon as we received the quote. Since he was our first we did move forward with the other quotes. He provided the best quote and the best price.

We were very pleased with the work at every phase of the project. Mr. Morales and his team arrived when they said they would (from the initial meeting and quote through the finished job), and they did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived early and worked very hard all day long, and they gave us a finished product we're very pleased with in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any concrete job.
