Molly Maid did a great job! I called to book a one time clean for my house that I was moving out of. I called the beginning of the week and they were able to schedule me for the Friday I needed. The office staff is very friendly. I also had a quality manager come out to inspect the teams work before they left. Team 9 Bianca and Whitney were great and personable. They took their time cleaning and made sure I was happy before leaving. I would definitely call Molly Maid again to come out and clean my home. Thanks again for the great experience!

Wish I could give Molly maids zero stars. I hired them and the first clean was horrible the floors upstairs were still dirty as were the stairs with dog prints, the oven was not cleaned even tho that was supposed to be a part of the deep cleaning, the living room was never dusted etc, I called and they volunteered to come re-clean, they sent the same people out who did the bad job the first time, hence the re-clean was no better than the original. I spoke to the owner and was given a new team for the next clean, figured maybe I just got a bad team. They came yesterday and did another terrible job. The floors downstairs were not vacuumed, the stairs were dirty, the upstairs closet floors were covered in dust, the downstairs was never mopped. I started to look around there were cobwebs in corners, the kitchen and bathroom counters were still dirty. So after I paid alot of money to have the house cleaned I came home from work and had to start cleaning myself. I pulled up my security log and realized they were only at my house for 47 minutes how is a 3 bed and 3 bath home cleaned properly in 47 minutes? I called the office this morning and after tell them all of my issues the response was we can re-clean, well that is not helpful to me when nothing was actually accomplished last time. The response I than received when I said I wanted to terminate services was "we have 600 clients, maybe you just can't be pleased". Excuse me? Because I want what I pay for to be actually completed? That is the worst customer service! Don't waste your money, I had a private cleaning woman before who was amazing, she moved or else I would have never had this horrific experience with Molly maids. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Very thorough cleaning by cooperative and personable staff. They were very reasonably priced. We have used them several times before and the cost has been pretty much the same over the past several years.

I just moved to Charlotte and I had a great cleaning lady where I lived before. I thought Angie's might help me find a good service. Well, first when I called this company, they kept telling me what they DON'T do, rather than what they can do, but they were highly rated, so I went for it. I didn't think it needed a 3-hour cleaning, but they insisted that they do a super thorough job the first time, and guaranteed they wouldn't charge me for the full three hours if it didn't take 3 hours. I have a doorbell camera that takes (and keeps) a snapshot of anyone locking/unlocking the door. The time between the two was about 1 hour 45 minutes. They charged my credit card for the full 3 hours, and I had to dispute it and stop the payment. I came home that evening to find a half-@ssed job done. They barely vacuumed around things. They left a vacuum on upright in the middle of my bedroom carpet, and it left a permanent mark in my carpet. The bathroom mirror was broken, and when I was cleaning up the glass, I noticed that the floor hadn't been cleaned - it was dirty and full of hair. They didn't clean the tile in front of the fireplace, or on the top of the cabinet. They threw away (I assume) the USB plug/charger for my bathroom speaker. I have attached photos. I contacted them the next day and they promised to only charge me $100, but kept trying to charge my credit card for the full three hours. The supervisor was going to send out a different crew a few weeks later "to make it up to me," and was to meet me at 8 to go through the house with the new crew (and clean the mark from the vacuum), but I had to leave for work and left at 8:10 when they hadn't shown up. I got a call from her at 8:15 wondering why I didn't leave a key... she wasn't planning on meeting me until they left at 10:30... NEVER AGAIN will I use these people. I have since contracted with another company that does a fine job!

I was wildly unhappy with my service. I travel frequently and they showed up hours early before I arrived home to help direct problem areas. There were entire areas that weren't cleaned and they refuse to move anything. I dont call that cleaning. I would never recommend them to anyone. I talked to one of their employees about my level of unhappiness and they did nothing.

They did a great job and my husband was thrilled he didn't have to clean that weekend that I was out of town!

Today 4/09/14 I am updating my review of Molly Maid. Through no other contact except for my original review, I was called by Mr. Greg Perkins the owner/manager. I received a full refund from him as a sign of very good will. I hereby rescind my previous review and thank him again for his attention to this matter.

We used this company for several months. Initial estimator was very efficient and pleasant. Cost was reasonable. Some cleaning crews were better than others (that inconsistency was a bit frustrating). The last crew did not clean one room which we did not discover until we had guests. It made us wonder how often this had happened before, but we failed to do our due diligence for this company promises to return if the customer is not satisfied. This company can be trusted in your home. Administrative issues could be addressed better. Reminder texts were never updated, even after I called to request this. I also requested a calendar of my scheduled service dates which I was promised twice, but never received that. Thus, there was some confusion between the days I thought they were to clean and the days they showed. Owner is professional, but perhaps his office staff requires better training (i.e., when I shared that we were no longer interested in the service, the lady did not ask why - as a business owner, we always ask why when we are about to lose a customer)...perhaps the lady already knew why. Bottom line, for a one-time clean, I would use this company; for a regular clean, probably not.

After a consultation in my home, I agreed to a pricey initial clean ($260) and a subsequent bi-weekly cleaning schedule ($120 bi weekly). For the day of the initial clean, I arranged for my two dogs to be in 'doggie daycare' ~ otherwise, they would be in their crate, but that room would not be available for the team to clean. However, despite this, the team did not bother to clean the room that housed the dog crate, nor did they clean my son's bedroom, nor, I only realized a week later when I had guests over, did they clean our guest room. I was pretty unimpressed that they had not bothered to clean 3 entire rooms when our agreement was for a full house cleaning ~ especially since I had gone out of my way and spent extra money to get the dogs out of the house. The rooms that were done were o.k. Nothing great ~ some baseboards left untouched, bathroom light fixtures not dusted, lamps not dusted, and in the days that followed I found lots of things of other things that had been left undone, such as couches not vacuumed or swept under, and they had not removed the couch cushions to vacuum underneath them. I (foolishly) left the contract in place, however, and the team came one more time without incident. The next scheduled cleaning day, however, I received a phone call at 9:15 a.m. that a team member had called in sick and they could not come out to my house that day. I explained that I had people coming over that evening and had really counted on the house being done that day ~ received an uninterested 'hmm' in response, but no replacement team / reschedule was offered. I ended up running around my house vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms in the 20 minutes I had left before I left for work ~ sweaty, dishelved and 10 minutes late. I am extremely unimpressed and will not use them again.

I have Molly Maids come every other Thursday to clean my house. They do an exceptional job. Very professional and accommodating if I have to move the date for some reason. The times that I am working at home when they are cleaning, they are as quiet as they can be and very sensitive that I am working. Vey impressed with the service. I have had Molly Maids for 5 years now and really love thier services.

They were very good and then they switched the crew that showed up in our home. The replacement crew was not very good. We threatened cancellation and they brought back a different crew that was more skilled. Our home is not as absolutely clean as if we had time to do it ourselves. We are moving but if not, we will still use them because changing companies is such a hassle. We didn't price compare.

I've used them twice. I was going to wait to review them because they always can do a good job first time, but I was going to wait to see how they did a couple of times before I wrote a review on them. They charge me $65 an hour. To do the initial clean of the house, I think it took them three and a half hours. My house was in a ruck. It's a fairly big house. I am using them to do the bathrooms and the kitchen on an ongoing basis and decide if I want them to do the whole house or not later. They came the other day and did the bathrooms and the kitchen. The first clean was a deep clean, they did all the blinds and the baseboards, removed everything from the table cloths and dusted, ceiling fans and anything that weren't clean, they cleaned. They follow up with just the bathroom and the kitchen. They go in and clean the bathroom top to bottom and the kitchen top to bottom. The first time was really a heavy duty. They were here like three and a half hours and they were here not too long, may be an hour or so when they came the other day. There were two people. They did some stuff in the bathroom. There was hair that wasn't completely off the floor in the bathroom and they were great the first time and this time wasn't so much, but I was just going to tell them about it. They seemed on top and their customer service is really good. I would use them again in the future. They are going to come every two weeks.

I had lived with 4 male roommates in the house and most of the time they refused to clean. The house was so filthy I just couldn't tackle it myself.I was quoted $70 an hour for 2 cleaners, with a minimum of 2 hours. They arrived and set to work right away, and I cleaned with them. They did spectacular jobs in the kitchen and bathrooms. I could literally see myself in the tub. I asked if they could stay another hour for a total of 3 and they said yes. One of the pair was not thrilled about that, or the fact that they stayed an extra 15 minutes to finish up what they were working on because they had taken a break (which I told them to). However the other girl more than made up for it. They also cleaned my laundry room washed the doors and base boards, dusted all the walls and ceiling fans and cleaned the kitchen and living room floors. There was no way even with the 3 of us the house could be finished in 3 hours, but that was all the budget I had. They did an excellent job in the time they were with me.

They have been wonderful and consistent! They do a wonderful job. We've worked with each other on times. I have the same crew every time which I love. I am spoiled, they really do a nice, thorough job. When it's cleaned by them it stays cleaned until they are back here. I think for two people their price is very reasonable. They don't ever come in and not do everything. With the crew I have, I don't have to say anything or worry about anything. We are on a schedule together. I have no problems or concerns. They are prompt and call if there is a problem. They are very efficient. We will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

If you become a steady client they have the same team come out to you whenever you need them. If you need them in an emergency and they are available they will come out even if you aren't contracted for that day. They are very professional. They do their business and I haven't had any complaints! I've been using them for quite awhile. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I contacted Molly Maid after I discontinued service with another housecleaning company. They came out that week and gave me an estimate with pricing for weekly, every other week or monthly cleaning. When I was trying to decide whether to go with weekly or every other week, the manager even helped me by telling me that most clients go with every other week if they don't have a large family. A team of two showed up to do my cleaning and did a great job. Later that same day they had a supervisor stop by to inspect their work and make sure I was happy. I was and have continued using them to clean my house. It is usually the same team of two who do my cleaning. Molly Maid calls me the day before my cleaning to remind me they will be there. They also occasionally send a supervisor out to do an inspection of that day's work. They often ask for feedback on my cleaning to make sure I am a happy customer and to learn how they can improve their service.

They are very professional, reliable, and they do a good job.
