Paul did a excellent job. He also provided an estimate of other things I needed to do He recommended a company to repair my fixture. Very polite and professional.

First installation was successful. Second installation failed due to faulty fan from Hunter, out of the box. I asked the electrician to repair the pull light switch in a centrally located fan and light combination. After removing the bottom cover of the light switch He said that the switch was not manufactured any more and he would need to install a new fan. I said that was not necessary. I went to Blackhawk Hardware and purchased a switch identical to the switch that had failed. I installed the switch in my fan. My fan and light switch now function as they did prior to the Mr. Sparky technician telling me that a repair was impossible.

They called to follow up on my purchase and came on time. I was happy with the job and I'd use them again in the future.

After clearing the misunderstanding of the Angie's List promotion Mr Sparky came out and did exactly what I asked of them. The Electrician was prompt, thorough and very professional.

Paul arrived on time and was very professional and well informed. He replaced the selective motor that Mister Sparky had previously installed, free of charge. While here, he installed another attic fan motor that had stopped working. Paul was efficient, professional and very clear about services. Will ask for him again for other electrical needs.

Well I paid for the service through Angie's list I don't remember exactly the total cost but I believe it was $200, but of course, when he got here, he said he had to run the wire from the attic and it cost another $219. Now he did look at my electrical box which is new, and made some recommendations, but their overall prices I thought was very high. Service was good, but too high. I thought the price I paid with Angie's list was going to do the job. I know electrical work is expensive, I just found it to be overly expensive. Workmanship was fine.

The man who came out to do the job was a very nice guy, but we did not believe that we should have to pay a $49 service fee after paying for the deal. It was not mentioned in the deal details. They ultimately waived the service charge after I brought it up. .

The service was great and I really appreciated it. The person was nice and professional. He seemed to be very honest and forth coming. He really helped me with a complicated situation.

Mr. Sparky did a good job for us. They seemed to find a lot of things they said were wrong with our wiring. Our house is only 12 years old.

This service was based on using an Angies list coupon for $249 of electrical service for $99 dollars. Scheduling the appoint was easy, even for an after hours timeframe. The scheduler and the electrician were very friendly, courteous and professional. The electrician really seemed to know and enjoy his job. Sparkys completed an initial electrical inspection and presented me the results. I was shown different pricing of options for services I might want to purchase. I chose the least expensive whole house surge protection device that took about 15 minutes to install and cost me $270 out of pockect counting the $99 coupon and $170 at the time of the appointment. The 'real' cost would have been $420 given the value of coupon. I may use them again because the personnel and service were good. But I'll check the costs which they seem to have pre-defined for multiple services.

There were additional costs not stated in the deal. I would not use this provider again.

This company bills itself as "America's On TIme Electrician" They are anything but. In this case we waited all day, the tech showed up at 8 pm and finished at 1 am (I stayed up with him) and then told me that he was headed to another call. I am not electrical, I have to think that having someone who is sleep deprived messing around with the electrical in my house is probably not the safest thing. The saddest part of this is that the tech was extremely competent, did great work, and was frankly thrown into a hopeless and unrealistic scheduling situation. Fast forward 5 months, I thought I would give them another chance. I called, they gave me an option of either a $49 flex scheduling appointment meaning they would call me to let me know when they were are coming that day, or I could pay $79 and confirm a three hour window from 5-8 pm (read the above summary, this didn't bode well given their past performance) I chose the $49 appointment, and as expected, they called at 5 pm saying they were overbooked, had an emergency, and needed to reschedule for Monday. So much for "America's On-Time Electrician" When I called the number to get an explanation, the customer service agent on the other end of the phone said sorry, that's how it is, and there is nothing I can do for you. No satisfaction, no escalation, just customer disservice. So, here's the deal. If you have an extremely flexible schedule, you are not time constrained and can pretty much hang out indefinitely until they show, and you are willing to roll the dice on a tech who is grossly overscheduled, I would suggest this firm. Otherwise I might suggest you look elsewhere. I'm going to.

I already had the cans installed in my 20 ft ceiling, but the original electrician did not have a ladder high enough to install the actual lights in the cans. Mister Sparky agreed to come out and install the lights. Over the phone I explained to the receptionist that my ceilings were 20 ft high and would need the equipment necessary to install the lights. When they sent the electrician his ladder was not high enough and had to call in another technician to bring a taller ladder. That took an additional hour that would have been avoided had they believed me. I felt that $120/light was excessive just to climb a ladder, plug in the led lights, and change the light switch.

Once the electrician arrived he started trying to sell us additional services that would have totaled about $500.00 to have the service complete. We did not want to spend the additional money so they left.

They came to install a ceiling fan and light in our bathroom and said that the job would be over $700 to complete.

When I called the lady was very courteous and helpful, however I feel that it wrong to pay $49 to have an estimate written. I would not use this company just for the fact that a verbal "ballpark" estimate couldn't be given and a service call had to be paid in order to get an estimate. I asked if I could leave a message for a technician to call me later, she said that they do not do that and that the only way to get an idea of cost is to have a tech out.

It turned out fine. They were polite and showed up on time. The price was a lot more than their competetors. I ended up not going with them. A competitor quoted me $500. They were clean, the price was not what I was looking for. I would not use them again.

I had him put in two exterior outlets and had him assess a fixture that was not working. It ended up being more expensive than I anticipated. Scheduling was different, they had a lot of opportunities but you had to pay for a certain spot. $50-$80 of the initial fee went towards guaranteeing the time slot you wanted which was shocking. The technician Paul was great. He asked a lot of questions, told me what needed to be done and was very professional.

This was a great Angie's List service for the price. I had two ceiling fans installed and was very happy with the professional attitude and organization. Neat and tidy to as well.

My wife and I were very satisfied and impressed with the technicians (Tony Cureton and Paul Riggenbach) who installed 2 fans with light kits in our home. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. Also, they were very courteous and respectful of our home. We will definitely recommend Mister Sparky and these technicians to neighbors, friends, and family.

Company came today and I believe there was misrepresentation of the ad, company would only install ceiling fan if there was an existing ceiling fixture in place for price paid; estimated over $1,300 to install fans. Company states that I can receive a full refund by contacting Angie's List. I am requesting a full refund for this deal.

I was hoping to get my landscape lighting fixed, however they were going to charge me $354 just to diagnose the problem and couldn't give me an idea of the additional cost to fix the problem. I know how these things go and if you don't get a cost up front, you're going to get charged much more than expected. I opted not to have any work performed and am therefore requesting a refund on this Big Deal.
