Very professional technician and office operator - indication of a professional company. Electrician installed two home surge protectors in our electrical panel box.

I felt they were really expensive and that they had alot of diff. pricing for different hours of the day. They showed up right on the dot of when they said they would, very nice, did the job quickly. I just feel that I would not use them again solely because they were really high on their prices and they hung the ceiling fan with light kit for $168.00 and my wiring was already there.

Nothing bad to say here. Good work. Smart people

What I really appreciated is that he called ahead and confirmed that his arrival time was still convenient for us since we opted for an evening appointment. Mr. Sparky's electrician came out investigated the issue in our laundry room and found a faulty wire in the breaker box. He replaced the wire (which was burned out) and replaced the outlet in the laundry room. I also had him move a light switch from the inside wall of our master closet (dumb location in the first place) to the outside wall in the master bathroom. Finally, he fixed an exterior outlet that hasn't worked in years. He was prompt, professional, friendly, very informative and very neat. He cleaned up every area where he worked and left everything in great condition. I have some additional work that I want to get done and we will definitely be calling Mr. Sparky. We even joined their member program to receive more discounts in the future. I would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, my neighbor was here while he was working and he is going to be using Mr. Sparky for some work in his home as well. Mr. Sparky is not the least expensive, but I will pay more for professionalism, promptness and results any day.

. Mr. Sparky's come out and start up the equipment and change the oil and the filters when they need to. They test everything and periodically they flush the radiator and put in new air freeze so that in the case that I have a power outage then it can work. I like the people, they are very knowledgeable and very professional and they do good work. They did the original installation of my generator at the recommendation of the manufacturer. Mister Sparky are reasonably priced. I trust them. I have a swimming pool and quick pond and stuff like that. The swimming pool has a freeze protection thing in the pool so if power were to go out in the house that goes below freezing, it would freeze the pipes and I would have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my swimming pool equipment so it is worth to have a generator that works.

I tried to use them on some home renovations and they were extremely high. They went from being reasonable to the prices going through the roof when they partnered with another company. They did excellent work, but I will probably not do future business with them due to their prices.

Sparky (Steve and his helper) completed the work in one day and went above and beyond my expectations. They installed a separate light switch with dimmer for each side of the room, removed the wall outlets from the wall switch which had been interfering with turning on/shutting off the television. They cleaned up after themselves and left the room in excellent condition. I expect to contact them to do additional work in the near future.

The service was excellent. Our technician, Ashley, was very personable and knowledgable. He was an excellent representative of Mr. Sparky. I will definitely use them again.

My husband was about to do this installation but ran into wires that had been burned, so we decided to call in a professional. They responded immediately to our call, came out the same afternoon, and took care of the problem readily.

The service went well. They did a good job. They usually charges a service charge but they waived that since work was completed which I appreciated.

He was very flexible with his appointments. He was open to giving me an estimate on Sunday which is rare. He was very friendly and open to talking to me.

I had a lightning strike that knocked out the whole house surge protector as well as my computer, printer, and router. They came out very quickly. The service went fine and we had no problems.

We weren't able to keep the light bulb lit in the closet light fixture. We had them come out and check it. They told us what had to be done and we replaced the fixture. They then also checked the rest of the electrical system.

It went very well. He was very nice about giving me advice and did not try to sell me anything. He was very pleasant and got everything done quickly. I would definitely use him again.

The master breaker supplying power to two of our air conditioning units went out and since my wife works from home we needed it fixed immediately because the house was quickly getting into the high 90's (August in NC). I called another highly -rated Electrician that I've used many times for regular projects but he didn't get back to me until the next day. Because it was so hot, I called Mr. Sparky just to see if they could get out that night. In fact, Mr. Sparky (Wise Electric) was able to come out within an hour of my request. The technician was polite, knowledgable and fast. He had the new breaker and surge protector installed in minutes. The next day, they called to make sure we were satisfied with the service we recieved.' Overall, excellent service.
