Can I just say that Charlie and his team completely worked miracles in my bathrooms - especially one of them. I had really ugly forest green tilework in one of my bathrooms. I had resisted doing anything in that bathroom because I figured I would need to spend a fortune to just rip everything out and start over. Four years after it not happening, I started looking for a cheaper alternative and came across Miracle Method. For only a fraction of what it would have cost for a full remodel, I have a new bathroom! It is amazing looking. If you have ugly tile that you don't want to spend the money to replace, then I can't recommend Miracle Method enough. Amazing results.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Charlie personally came out to give an estimate, they were back out a few days later to do the work. They were very efficient with their time. They got the job done in the time frame that was estimated. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Miracle Method has done several projects for us in our personal residence and in investment properties. With this particular case in our personal home Miracle Method did four bathroom floors totaling $2125. Invoice # 195522 - roughly September 2007. This service has a one year warranty but should last a good 5 years with normal wear and tear according to their website and the owner. In October 2008 I began calling Miracle Method to come out and take a look at our floors because two were in need of repair with cracked grout lines in one bathroom and then fading / poor coverage in another bathroom. I called, called and called and left messages. I finally left a message indicating how poor the customer service was and how getting a phone call to say you're busy was better than nothing. I also indicated I would be calling the Better Business Bureau. I got a call back immediately and was visited by Miracle Method roughly March 2009 to see our bathrooms. I was told they would get back with me and the floor(s) would be scheduled to get fixed. I have called weekly since about two weeks after the visit in March 2009 and have never heard back from them. While my calls began after the one year warranty the initial job in one of my master baths was done poorly and plainly visible with uneven sprays and the hall bathroom was something I was not expecting to happen at a year and one month into the completion. I will not be recommending any of their services to anyone again and we have provided them many referrals. No company should be so busy as to not return a phone call.

Mr. Schmidt explained the process of painting over our existing Formica counter tops as well as the care, warranty, etc. It was interesting and compared well with other options (although we ultimately decided to live with what we have). I asked to see large samples and get recommendations from previous customers and was told he would send us the names and phone numbers of customers. They never arrived.

Charlie came out on time and quickly for estimate. Once I decided on using them the work was scheduled quickly. Chris arrived on time and worked diligently on the prep and application of the epoxy. The tub looked amazing. I paid extra to have the non skid surface applied to the bottom of the tub and paid him in full even though the job was not finished. Several days went by and no one came out to reinstall the plumbing fixtures, clean the tub, put back the shower curtain and furniture that they removed, and tear down all the paper and tape so I ended up doing all that myself. I finally got a call from someone who said they would come by to finish the breakdown of the job and I told them I already did it. They did apologize and said that Charlie would call me and maybe do something on the price for my inconvenience but I haven't heard back from them.

I tried calling all three of his number however all of his mailboxes were full. So I could not leave a message. ($500)

They did a great job. We had no problems.

Excellent! This is a great product and makes a HUGE difference. Charlie does a really good job and is always responsive.
