Mino Construction LLC

No one ever showed up. Multiple attempts were made to contact Mino Construction to work with them and no calls were ever returned. Customer went to Mino's business location and someone there hide under a desk to avoid coming to the front to actually meet with the customer. The police are now getting involved in the fraud that has been perpetrated by this company and owner.

The Good News The roof does look good, and Mino did follow up on immediate issues that we needed done and they handled the back and forth paperwork needed with our insurance company and our bank. Mino also provided us with a $500 credit to cover our deductible by providing them with a referral. Finally Mino provided us with a 5 year warranty " from leakage due to any fault or defect in it's workmanship. ... Mino Construction will, at it's expense, make any repairs to the roof that are necessary as a result of any fault or defect (in) its workmanship". The Bad News since then! We have found over 75 nails throughout our yard and was promised that we should not find any nails. We have had two brand new leaks in our roof. I have called Mino Construction four times over a 5 week period to get these leaks fixed. The first call, the gentleman did answer and he said he would call me back with a time that he could get to my house to inspect the leaks. He never called me again. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th calls and have not been returned. I have called other numbers that were provided to me with no resolve. I have now had to call other companies to get my leaks resolved with out of pocket expenses on my part.
