Description of Work: Initial cleaning was was a detail job for seven hours covering LR, DR, Kit/breakfast nook, 5 BR, 3 full baths. Contracted for an every two week visit which now has been refined to 1 1/2 hours.

Description of Work: I have had my house cleaned weekly by Minit Maids for probably close to 1 year now. If I could give an A+ rating I would. They do a fantastic job and leave the house looking great. They are super friendly (my dogs love our girls too) and I have been extremely pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Rick, the owner, came by for the estimate. He took notes that I had cats (so the front door should not be left open) as well as a few fragile items not to be moved/dusted. He was very friendly and gave a lot of details about the types of cleaning products used and brought along some magic eraser for me to keep. The first visit was for a deep clean. They did the top of the fridge and my tub and hardwoods haven't looked this good in a long time!! They missed one spot on the floor which I am confident will get hit next time. Overall, they did a great job and will be using them on a regular basis.

+ -1 moreWe have had them for about 20 years. They are very reliable. When they say they will get here, they will get here. I never have to worry. I think the staff is very polite and trustworthy. We have never had anything taken, ever. Our house looks good when they’re done. I never hear them complain. They are very nice and efficient. If we want to add an extra service, the company works with you. Once of the services we have added over time was to have our sheets changed. It is easy to work with the management. The quality of work is very good for the price that you pay. They come and bring their own equipment and chemicals. They will not eat or drink in the house. They also will not use their cell phones in the home.

+ -1 moreI was hard to notice they were even here, except that the toilets were clean and the windows washed. But on their defense my house really wasn't that dirty. I think my husband was just trying to be helpful. There's only so much you can do in a house that is already clean.
Description of Work: My husband hired them while I was in the hospital having our baby to give the house a good overall cleaning.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS. THE FLOORS WERE NOT CLEANED WELL AND LEFT DIRT IN THE SINK ONE TIME. I CALLED THEM AND THEY ENDED UP NOT CHARGING ME FOR THE WORK AND THE NEXT TIME THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST.

I CALLED THE OFFICE AND ASKED THAT SOMEONE COME BACK AND DO THE JOB THE WAY THEY USED TO DO IT WHEN I USED THEM A COUPLE YEARS AGO. WORKER ASKED TO CALL SUPV. AND HE WAS TOLD THAT ANOTHER CREW WOULD BE SENT OUT TO HELP CLEAN. NO ONE EVER CALLED OR SHOWED. MEMBER COULD TELL THAT THE WORKED WAS DISGUSTED ABOUT THE PROSPECT OF CLEANING UP THE MESS. MEMBER FELT THAT IF THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEND ANYONE, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM THAT RATHER THAN MAKING HIM THINK THEY WERE GOING TO HELP.

Deep cleans include: washing of baseboards / door facings, cabinet fronts top-to-bottom, heavy soap film removal, under beds, refrigerator/oven interiors, plantation blinds hand wash, ceiling fans washed( reachable), screened porches, garage & decks swept, window interiors
Limitations:
We do not move heavy furniture, wash 2 " blinds (professional blind cleaners are recommended), or clean homes that are hygienically unsafe. We use our special tools to get under and around tight areas and remove cobwebs. Height limitations higher than 2 step stool height but tools to reach higher
