Minit Maids

I have been using them for around six months. Two to four people come for the job, depending on the week. They provide their own supplies for the work. They are on time and clean really good.

Initially, my children hired them while I was in chemotherapy. They then came out routinely every two to three months for housecleaning during the program. They brought their own supplies for the work. They were personable and thorough. They did an excellent job.

I have been using them for about a year now. Typically, the same team comes out for each visit. They bring all of the supplies needed for the job. They have been doing a fine job.

All cleaning, dusting, washing, wiping, vacuuming, etc. were performed in a very satisfactory manner. The process was completed in a very efficient and expeditious manner.

The staff and maids are always punctual, professional, and take great care in their jobs. They are very attentive too detail and any special needs you may have. Good communication - impressive results - great price!

Excellent deep clean on first visit. Estimates for bimonthly cleaning were for full house. We removed some rooms to get lower rate but the rate went up. We moved cleaning to once monthly. Rate went up again as expected but went ahead as we really appreciate the quality and professionalism. After next visit, rate goes up again. At first due the reason was for extra bathroom cleaning required, but it was the same as originally requested. When I cancelled, they said it was due to cat hair, but they alreayd knew about the cats from the initial cleaning. Also, maids offer to do more while they are present, do not accept, they will use that to raise the rate for next visit. Bottom line, excellent service, very punctual. Be careful to not accept extra work on site. Expect rates to go up at any time.

I have been using Minit Maids for just over three (3) years. They do a great job. Over the years there have been 1 or 2 less than stellar cleaning jobs but a phone call to the office gets everything fixed...and FAST. They are extremely professional, courteous, and sincerely try to meet the expectations of their clients. I recommended them to my employer who used them while they had a corporate apartment in town. The company was very pleased also. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

The Minit Maids have been cleaning my house ever since I moved into it in 1983. When my children were little they cleaned weekly. Now they are grown, I have them come biweekly. They keep by kitchen and bathrooms looking great.

The team is professional and the folks in the office really stay on top of their customers, your specific needs, your likes and dislikes, etc. They are very collaborative and quality is key for Minit Maids.

I have been using them for 18 years now. They come twice a month. The employees are trustworthy and highly trained. The price is very competitive.

They do a good job with the basics, since we did not opt for deep cleaning.

The Minit Maids did a terrific job. The house looks great. The cleaning team arrived on time and they finished their work on time. The team was friendly and efficient.

Most of the time the work is good. They normally use the same crew and they do a good job. They sent a different crew out one time and I was not as happy with their work.

The experience with them was mediocre. They were very professional but they did not clean very well. I had to ask them four times to make sure that all the baseboards were cleaned. After they left, I spilt something on the floor and I wiped it, and my rag came up dirty. So I took a clean rag and checked somewhere else and it was dirty there as well. I will not use them again in the future.

In the beginning, I did not know what team would come. But, now I have the same team every month (Kim and Misty). They are excellent (very professional and meticulous). I appreciate a thorough house cleaning. I notice every nuance of their cleaning style, from the way they fold the edges of the toilet paper to the way they tuck the trash can liner. I was so pleased that I recommended their service to my mother and she was using some other company at the time.

They are more reliable than other maid services I have used in the past. They always call the day before to confirm the time they are coming; and they always come.

I have been a client of theirs for about 15 years. I am very happy. I have only had one problem ever and they made it right without any problem.

They are doing fine. We had one time, over the holidays, when they sent an alternate group of girls to do the cleaning and that did not work out. The girls were in a hurry. However the ones that come on a regular basis do a good job.

I have a basement ranch, which is two floors, and they take care of the entire house. They do an excellent job, from making the bed to cleaning the coffee pot.

We have had them for about 20 years. They are very reliable. When they say they will get here, they will get here. I never have to worry. I think the staff is very polite and trustworthy. We have never had anything taken, ever. Our house looks good when they’re done. I never hear them complain. They are very nice and efficient. If we want to add an extra service, the company works with you. Once of the services we have added over time was to have our sheets changed. It is easy to work with the management. The quality of work is very good for the price that you pay. They come and bring their own equipment and chemicals. They will not eat or drink in the house. They also will not use their cell phones in the home.

I was hard to notice they were even here, except that the toilets were clean and the windows washed. But on their defense my house really wasn't that dirty. I think my husband was just trying to be helpful. There's only so much you can do in a house that is already clean.

THIS COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS. THE FLOORS WERE NOT CLEANED WELL AND LEFT DIRT IN THE SINK ONE TIME. I CALLED THEM AND THEY ENDED UP NOT CHARGING ME FOR THE WORK AND THE NEXT TIME THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST.

GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY WE PAY. ALWAYS PROMPT IF SOMETHING IS NOT THE WAY WE WANT IT.
