Celebrating 43 years in business as a non-franchised & independently owned/Owner on site business. We have uniformed employees -many who have been with us for several years. Our teams use our professional equipment & eco-friendly cleaners. They are trained in our safe and effective "Intelligent Greener Cleaning" methods (pro vacuums, microfiber cloths, no cross-contamination). Our employees take pride in their work and help make Minit Maids who we are today! Cost is determined by home size and "lived in" condition. We offer various programs to work within your budget. Regular Service: Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly and "As Needed" cleanings. General,Deep & Post Renovation, Move- in & Move-out for houses, condos, offices and apartments. Deep cleans include: washing of baseboards / door facings, cabinet fronts top-to-bottom, heavy soap film removal, under beds, refrigerator/oven interiors, plantation blinds hand wash, ceiling fans washed( reachable), screened porches, garage & decks swept, window interiors

Services we don't offer

Limitations: We do not move heavy furniture, wash 2 " blinds (professional blind cleaners are recommended), or clean homes that are hygienically unsafe. We use our special tools to get under and around tight areas and remove cobwebs. Height limitations higher than 2 step stool height but tools to reach higher

I wanted to reach out to you about your last experience on 3-10-15 with your deep clean after seeing your Angies List review. I was wondering if we were ever able to contact you after the cleaning. It is one of our procedures to call to verify all went well and that you were happy with the job. We know we had a problem getting to all the plantations due to furniture being in the way ( we do not move heavy furniture due to liability issues) but we were unaware of any other areas of dissatisfaction. We do guarantee all of work and will come back within 24-28 hours to re-clean an area that was not cleaned properly. We, of course, would like for you to give us another chance in the future and have reached out to you by email to see what we can do to have your experience a more favorable one. B rating is good but we like to see our customers come back for future cleanings. You have used us 4 times - three times in 2006-2007 with happy results and then in 2015 for your deep clean We will make sure your job is completed right next time. Let us know if this is something you would entertain. Keep in mind we provide As-Needed, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly. The regular scheduled customers get a set rate. Thanks for your business in the past and we hope you give us a second chance in the future.

Description of Work: Minot maids cleans out house every other week. They focus on our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and our living room. Twice a year we have had them do a deep clean where they touch everything. We are really happy with their results, and our interactions with the team have been great. They are professional and communicate really well. If they need to adjust the schedule they give us plenty of heads up.

Description of Work: They provided housecleaning for three or four visits. Minit Maids gave me a few free cleanings while I was going through chemotherapy. Before they started, I had asked them to focus on specific tasks and they explained they would if they had the time to. They spent a lot of time in one room and were unable to do the others. There were two girls who came out, but I didn’t feel they worked together. They were very nice, polite, and respectful. Overall, my experience with them was okay.

Our client was receiving free service from Minit Maids through our partnership with the Cleaning For A Reason foundation. This nonprofit foundation works to find maid companies throughout the United States and Canada who are willing to donate their time and provide free housecleaning for women with cancer. She received (4) cleanings which were were happy to provide for her. We did explain our "donated" amount of time was limited and asked for priority areas that the team could concentrate on. We unfortunately have a limited time available (for the initial clean - 2 hours/2 person team, the equivalent of $150.00 and for the other 3 cleanings, 1 1/2 hours / 2 person team - the equivalent of $105.00) to provide this service. Depending upon the condition and size of home, priority areas are sometimes required. We take pride in our service offered to women going through cancer treatment and have helped over 87 women in the Charlotte area since 2007. By her review, it appears she did not understand how this donation works.
