+ -1 moreIT SEEMS AS IF THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL FOR THEM TO DO. THEY EVEN RAISED THE ESTIMATE AFTER THE FIRST VISIT, DUE TO THE STEEPNESS OF MY ROOF, WHICH I AGREED TO PAY. I JUST WANTED THE WORK DONE.
Description of Work: I HAD A VERY MINOR ROOFING JOB TO DO. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO COME OUT AFTER CALLING THEM (IN FAIRNESS, WE DID HAVE A LOT OF RAIN, BUT THERE WERE ALSO CLEAR DAYS DURING THAT TIME),AND IT WAS A LITTLE WET ON THE ROOF WHEN THEY DID COME, SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK. AGAIN, LOTS OF PROMISES, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED. I EVENTUALLY HIRED SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND DID THE JOB CHEAPER AND BETTER AS WELL.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK ALWAYS GOT DONE, BUT YOU HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO GET SOMEONE OUT IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM. HE WAS HAVING SOME PERSONAL PROBLEMS AND I AM SURE HE WOULD HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB OTHERWISE.
Description of Work: THE ROOFING WAS NOT BAD BUT HIS PROMPTNESS WAS AWEFUL. SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF AND HE WOULD CALL BACK IMMEDIATLEY BUT WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE FOR WEEKS.

Description of Work: EXAMINED MY ROOF TO DETERMINE IF THE SHINGLES WERE BAD DUE TO A LEAK. FOUND THE RIDGE VENT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. THEY RENAILED IT, CAULKED AROUND NAILS, AND PICKED UP LOOSE NAILS ALREADY ON THE ROOF.
