It took the RECEPTIONIST 3+ business days to return my call (left a message on Sunday evening, she called back on Thursday to take my information). The next available day for someone to come look at our project was the following Tuesday. The salesman/project manager, Mike came to my house as scheduled on Tuesday. I gave him all of the information he needed- exact layout that we want, materials we want (and don't want), structural issues that we are aware of and had a structural engineer assess. That was on May 16. I reached out on May 24 for a followup, and was told her was still waiting for some numbers. I still haven't heard from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The responsiveness of this company is horrible!!
Description of Work: We are looking to do a total remodel of our kitchen. We called Metropolitan based on the recommendation of a friend and requested an estimate.
