They have done a terrible job on every front, even though they have not hesitated to charge me over $400/month. My yard looks worse than a muni course in the middle of the summer - currently, I have huge mud pits in the front and back as I experience yet another Bermuda grass remediation (my neighbors do not have this issue). My shrubbery has not been pruned properly resulting in overcrowding and damage to plants. My leaves last fall were blown into natural areas so the wind could blow them into my pool. At one point, they left a huge pile of leaves from several properties in front of my house for weeks. I have asked for landscaping proposals many times and not received them. Their equipment breaks down regularly and their crews are not properly supervised. I would be better off hiring a teenager down the street. It seems clear to me that my business is not important to them. They are quick to offer a multitude of excuses but unable to deliver results. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Great people to deal with. High quality products at a very reasonable price. Will use them again next year!

We asked for an estimate on redoing the front landscape, backflow testing and winterization on the irrigation system, and lawn treatment (weed, aeration, seeding). Doug showed up on time and talked with us about our needs. He then took measurements on the property. He said the estimate would take approximately 2 weeks to prepare. He called the next day to confirm that we needed backflow testing. We never heard from Metrolina again!

The costs are reasonable, they always show up when they are supposed to and I think their work is very acceptable. There might be people in the subdivision that might argue with me, but I think they have been very good. They never fail to come around and clean up all trimmings and clippings, I think they do a pretty good job with clean up.

I've used them a couple of times. They don't respond very well so I've stopped using them. I can call them two days in a row and nobody returns my phone calls so I found somebody else. They do a good job and know their business. Their prices are fair. I had gotten other estimates and they were competitive. I don't have a need for them right now and I might get an estimate in the future if they answered their phone.

I would give them all A's and I would use them again.
