Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to have my air ducts cleaned in May, after buying their Groupon deal, but was rescheduled 4 times from May to August because they had to prioritize emergency calls, which I can understand. Each time they called a few days before to reschedule with the same excuse. The last appointment was not rescheduled. However, the service person never showed up. I took a day off for the appointment and waited until 5 PM, calling the company every hour to find out his ETA. The answering service paged him each time with instructions to call me, but I never heard from him. I complained to the answering service manager who tried to contact the company to address my issue. I never heard from either company, even after I emailed Metrocarolina on their website. I never got my service or an explanation. Thankfully, Groupon refunded the cost of the deal I purchased because the company refused to do the service or refund my money. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable.

+ -1 moreI Purhased a Groupon for vent cleaning in November, wasn't able to get an appt. until July 20. July 20th came but Metrocarolina didn't. I've made multiple calls, with each resulting let me verify your information and we'll get back to you and never hearing anything back. I feel as if they just don't give a durn. If a Groupon is a way to get introduced to a company, my experience with Metrolina Hand C is to tell everyone to stay away... Danger will Robinson, Danger

air duct cleaning
+ -1 moreCompany was suppose to show up on two different occasions to clean my A/C vents. Both time they never showed up and didnt call. Have tried repeatedly to contact the company to have them perform the work I had already paid for. Noone will return my call and live up to their commitment. I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: I paid to have this company clean my air duct system. They never honored their commitment.
