The owner is very nice but you have to check on the work once it is done. There were a couple places that needed to be replaced and he replaced them with no problem. After everything was fixed, it was okay. I don’t know if I would use them again.

Matt Manducy is the man we dealt with. They are incredible builders. This is an amazing house with quality construction. The only problems we've had were really with the audiovisual. We specified some things that they didn't quite get. We have to retrofit some things that we shouldn't have had to. Everything has been real quality. They are extremely neat. They do very good work and they are pretty prompt. It took longer than it was supposed it. I would highly recommend him and he is a real craftsman. He only takes on a few projects at a time. He takes incredible pride and ownership of it. He kept coming back to make sure that things were right and he got them right. As a result of working with him, they had to do some grading. He put us in touch with the landscaper he uses when he builds houses. We closed on the house in August and the work wasn't completed until October. He was very professional and we would absolutely use him in the future.
