Description of Work: Roger Payne was very responcive to all my questions and helped to find a suitable replacement grinder pump for us promptly. We had a total system and the original grinder pump was no longer available. He sent someone out the morning I called and contacted his suppliers for a good substitute and got us up and running within a couple of days.

 + -1 moreI NEVER MET THE INDIVIDUAL WORKMEN, BUT THE TECHNICIAN THAT I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FORTHCOMING WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR DOING MY OWN DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE SERVICE COSTS.
Description of Work: DIAGNOSIS, REMOVAL, AND REPLACEMENT OF WORN OUT SUBMERSIBLE WELL PUMP. ADDITIONALLY, WORK WAS DONE ON THE PRESSURE TANK AND PRESSURE SWITCH.
