Great move! Wasn’t expecting the way they picked up the fridges and everything but it was definitely a sight to see. Other than the blazing heat this was basically must see tv because they were done with a full house worth of furniture in 1 hour was honestly something that should be on tv.

Great company to work with. Easy to schedule, pricing super clear and fair. They were great this past weekend. Very professional, and they got everything packed up/unloaded pretty quickly. They were great and followed our instructions perfectly. Worth every penny!

They were communicative, on time and professional. When I alerted them that the elevator in my new building was broken, they didnâ t bat an eye. For just a bit more, they got the job done, up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. They are also very transparent about their fees. I highly recommend them!

Awesome service.

Four movers packed up our two bedroom apartment in just a few hours. It felt like there were eight guys in there. They were very efficient. It was a symphony of packing tape. Nothing damaged, hard working and polite movers. We got a lower quote because we agreed to supply our own packing materials, but the movers mostly preferred to use their own stuff. Will have to return some things (eg bubble wrap). Good experience overall.

We used Mayzlins service for a move from GA to FL. Delivery was anticipated within 7-10 days but we received our furniture on day 11. Had to contact the company several times for the ETA of delivery. Several items were admittedly damaged by the movers: chairs, mirrors, etc. Walls were damaged while moving furniture into a new residence. Movers were flippant about acknowledging damages they caused by stating to just add the damages onto the insurance claim. The customer service representative that promptly responded to our concerns, provided us the contact information to submit our claim. However, registration for our claim remains incomplete because we did not receive a bill of lading despite asking Mayzlin to provide this. So while Mayzlin provided the insurance information, our claim cannot be processed until the bill of lading is received. We have not received compensation for the damages to date. Our already stressful long-distance moving experience was made worse with all of this. And they never sent me the copy.

Excellent job! Everyone was in a good mood, friendly, and positive which made for a much more pleasant moving experience. Also helped take things apart and put them back together properly. Nothing broken and no missing parts. Would recommend and use again.
