Fast, professional, punctual, honest and easy to work with. They took great care with my items and were communicative throughout. I would hire them for another move in the future.

They are bait and switch. They are very nice at first and work with you. Once they started the job everything changed. The contract said it would be delivered by 4/1. When I called them to see what time it would be delivered the date changed to 4/5 - 4/7. No one will return my calls.

This is my second time working with him and the team. I highly recommend them for your move. They moved my home. Very smooth move. What a great experience overall. Thank you team.

They are not honest or trustworthy. Hire at your own peril. I wouldnâ t hire them again to move a small dog crate. They lie over and over and know they intend to under deliver from the first phone call. Salesmen apparently are trained to lie and do it quite well. I had planned on paying with credit card but their customer service person tried putting the card through over an d over until it was blocked. Then I had to scramble for cash to have the delivery off loaded. Beware!

We hired 2 movers for a 1 bedroom apartment. They arrived on time and weâ re very careful with our fragile boxes and furniture. Also, A++ on response time to the messages I sent. I would definitely hire them again!

I am not going to recommend or not recommend this company. My concerns with this company was my cost went up 36% in the tune of 2679.40. Due to underestimating my Cubic feet of my furniture (estimated cubic feet went from 789 to 1061), having an additional 10 items( which I doubt increased the estimate by 25%) and additional charges for Shuttle Service that was not explained to me upfront. Concerned also with the inability to speak with my salesperson Scott when I questioned the additional Shuttle Service fee I was being charged at time of delivery. I do want to say that these issues may have occurred with other moving companies. I would have wished they overestimated my cubic feet. Also, my requested date for delivery was 3/8-3/18 but I received a call to say they would be there on 3/6. They did accommodate me and came on 3/9 instead. The original driver and his helper were efficient and really took their time in protecting my antique furniture. Not only did they pack the truck but did it in 6 inches of snow and the back lift of their truck being frozen. The gentlemen also that unloaded the truck (per my daughter) were professional and efficient.

Worst customer service and management I have ever dealt with. I spoke with customer rep Scott Renfroe. I told Scott many times I would be leaving NC on Feb 8th and arriving in Utah on the 12th. He told me many, many times my things would be arriving in Utah the 12th. That is the only reason I hired this company. He said that my things needed to be picked up in NC on Feb 3 in order to make it to UT by the 12th. He told me they would be traveling for a week and again, would be arriving in Utah on Feb 12, the same day I would be getting there. I arrive in UT on the 12th and call to see where my things are. I was told that the 12th was the earliest date the truck might leave NC and I should have read my contract better. I was also told by Crystal from customer service that recordings between Scott and myself would be listened to and if he indeed did give me false information then he would be fired. I was later told by Simon, the owner of Mayzlin that there was no way to listen to the recordings from our conversations. I was later told the truck would be leaving NC on the 20th. The 20th came and went and my things did not leave till the 24th. They arrived on March 4th. A month and a day after they leave NC. Trying to get somebody on the phone is also terrible. I usually had to call 4 or more times and leave multiple messages to get a call back from anybody. Scott Renfroe is a liar and completely misrepresented this company's ability to deliver my things in a week. His lies are the only reason I signed with this shady company. The management cares more about keeping their incompetent staff and making money than the customers satisfaction. The only good thing about this experience was Alex and Egor, the two men who delivered my things. They were quick and polite and made sure my things were in good condition before they left. They should be working for better companies where there skills match the quality of the rest of the company.

Alex and Igor were great people to work with. They took extra time to make sure we had all of our items checked off the inventory list . All the furniture came thoroughly protected and was handled with the utmost care . I would highly recommend this company. And would employ them if we move again. Thank you

I hired Mayzlin Relocation LLC at 5105 Brynmar DrWaxhaw, NC 28173, for my cross-state move in December 2020 â and what an epic mistake it proved to be! First, I read reviews that were positive and now I am left questioning the validity of them based on my horrible experience. I believe their sales representative Michael Powers from Pompano Beach, Florida made false and misleading statements about their services and provided a high-ball cost estimate that proved to be negligently inaccurate. Myzlin Relocation LC company use Enterprise trucks not the company trucks as I was told. They do not use checkpoints, located right off the highway trucks weight station. Mayzlin driver- Alexander presented me with a different contract, almost $1000 higher, and stated if you want to move you have to pay. The price at the door increased $1000. He requested money immediately. Then furniture was broken at my home during the assembly by the driver. I cannot get anyone on the phone to pay the damage. Do yourself a huge favor and learn from my epic mistake of hiring Mayzlin Relocation LLC DO NOT USE!!! STAY AWAY! I was trying to use this company moving from New York to Florida and it was one awful thing after another. This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The customer service was awful. I was ignored. Emails were not responded to. Calls were not returned. This company is HORRIBLE. The people that work for this company are HORRIBLE! Everything was HORRIBLE! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. There are not enough terrible things I can say about Mayzlin Relocation LLC.
