I hired Mayzlin LLC because of their 5-star rating and reviews. ***One of the WORST mistakes I have ever made!!!******* They were hours late in showing up, took two days to pack and move my things, were foreign (which was fine w me but if you live and work in the USA, know how to speak/understand English, because I could not communicate w them in Russian) and one supposedly did not know/understand English. One worker kept communicating w his foreign boss who **did not understand English** and would not speak to me. After driving @ 2.45 hours to my destination, they would not unload until I did a Western Union $$$ transfer or paid cash for the extra @$1800 extra they charged me for **items, not on their list**. They said if I did not pay, they were going to put my things in storage in MD, and then I would have to pay to get my things out and they didnâ t know when they would have time to do that. This was all at @6pm on a Friday night. My daughter had to go to her bank which luckily was still open and draw cash to pay them. They then had to snapshot a photo of the cash and text it to their boss, after that the boss approved the unloading. When they packed my stuff, they never labeled the boxes so boxes were all mixed up in the rooms. They packed things from different rooms in the same boxes and I couldnâ t find things for a while. They were supposed to unpack for me beings I PAID FOR A FULL PACK, but they did not do that!!!! Plus they smelled like they hadnâ t had a shower in weeks, sorry to say but my friends said it to me. They were NOT professionals! I have moved many times but this was THE WORST move Iâ ve ever had in my life! I hired them as a full pack move because I was/am still recovering from a serious illness and had no one to help me w moving. ******BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, ********MAYZLIN RELOCATING LLC*******

The 4-man crew was polite, clean, well spoken, and experienced in moving. They took excellent care of all of our items including the baby Grand piano. We would use them again for sure!

Movers arrived right on time, everything was carefully wrapped, ie furniture with movers blankets. The men were courteous and professional. Weâ re very pleased with Mayzlin Relocation!

The movers were very professional and had all the tools needed to get the job done. They moved fast, were thorough, disassembled and assembled our furniture, were responsive to any moving request we made and we're very nice. They came to work and didn't stop until it was all complete. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

This was the most stressful move I have ever experienced. I was charged more than I was quoted in the beginning. Thank goodness the 75-foot truck that delivered my furniture fit into the driveway in new community or I would have had to pay .99 per cubic sq. ft. for my belongings to be transferred to a smaller truck that would be able to fit in the driveway. I was not aware that the customer had to pay the cost of a moving company uses 18 wheeler 175-foot truck, which I was not aware of in the beginning. The drivers who picked up my stuff crashed their truck into my retaining wall and drove away. I had to bring it to their attention as it must have slipped their mind to me. They left garbage at the storage facility and enough of it because I received a call from the manager at the facility who was not happy that they left empty boxes and lots of garbage in the lobby of the storage building. My dining set arrived scratched in on every corner of the table and on each of the chairs. I am not certain if there is anything else damaged because I am still unpacking. Good luck if you decide to hire this company to move you out of state. I would check with speedway who claims that they do not charge for any additional items after your initial quote. I, unfortunately, had to pay hundreds of dollars extra after the initial payment.

I cannot recommend them enough. They made our day completely stress free. They were so wonderfully helpful and professional and kind and got us all moved in record time. We will be using them again for anything I need in the future! Thank you!

Fantastic service! I hired them to move a couch, which was done in an efficient manner. They quickly answered my initial message and were flexible when we needed to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
