Visited their office and examined display of available product. VERY low key assitance in office. Was looking to match sample from driveway already installed. Unfortunately nothing in any store was the same although some were close (chose Markham based on other reviews on Angie's List). Price was competitive. Scheduling was very open. Chose date and received call prior to delivery on date requested. Driver very professional. Concern with narrow driveway and overhead power lines which needed to be closely monitored. Determined that we couldnot get the large truck back to the desired placement location unfortunately. Only unexpected issue was that the stones were covered in tax mud which came off on everything. Needed this week of rain to wash the stones clean finally.

Called them to get organic soil mix delivered for use in new raised bed gardens. They were very professional on the phone, even helping revise the amount I would need based on the size of the beds (I had miscalculated and would have come up short). They made sure I understood the delivery cost up front and the fact that the soil would be delivered to the driveway. We arranged a delivery time later that week, and the whole transaction was completed over the phone. On delivery day, the truck showed up on time and the driver was able to dump the soil exactly where I asked, leaving half the driveway usable for parking. The organic mix is doing great in the beds - so well, in fact, that our squash and tomatoes are threatening to run amok.

They came with a smaller truck and dumped topsoil onto my driveway. They were nice to work with. I told them that I didn't want a huge truck down my driveway and they told me they would bring the smaller truck and they did. They dumped the load right where I wanted and did a nice neat job. It took them about thirty minutes to drop off the topsoil.

The customer service was excellent all around. We chose to haul our products ourselves but Roberto loaded them into the truck. We purchased 1 ton of flagstone, 1/2 yard of screening material and 3 bags of Stone Dust for the space between the rocks. We had to make 3 trips but we live nearby.

Markham is great to work with. We got their information from friends that had used them in the past and were very happy doing business with them. They helped us figure out how much of each product to order for the patio project that we had drawn up. They arranged deliveries as we needed them so that we would not have too much on site, and held additional product for us to make sure we would be able to get matching stone if we needed more to complete the job. They called me after the job was installed (by others) to help us settle up after all the changes that we made. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection process and worked with us every step of the way. They even helped us get in touch with a landscaper to do the installation after our previous choice was unavailable. With more projects in our future we will be using them as a resource again.

Overall I was pleased. I had to wait about a week before they could schedule delivery, but it was on time. I thought the quality was very good. It looks more like pine bark chips with some shredded pine. I had received two other quotes that were about $500. Very courteous and friendly.

COMPANY PERSONNEL WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL ON THE TELEPHONE. ALTHOUGH THE DELIVERY WAS SET FOR A FRIDAY, MEMBER RECEIVED A CALL FROM COMPANY INDICATING THEY HAD SOME CANCELLATIONS, AND COULD DELIVER A DAY OR TWO EARLY IF CONVENIENT. DRIVER PLACED MULCH RIGHT ONTO THE TARP. NICE MULCH!!- NO DEBRIS!! COST WAS $14/CY PLUS TAX AND $40 DELIVERY.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY EVEN CALLED TO ASK ME IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE EARLIER OR LATER, BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER WE WERE SCHEDULED TO HAVE.

PROVIDED LANDSCAPE MATERIALS TYPCIALLY IN BULK. TYPICALLY WORK WITH LANDSCAPERS OR LARGE QUANTITIES BUT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL EVEN FOR MY VERY SMALL ORDER.

MARKHAM LANDSCAPE PRODUCTS FOR PILLARS AND I GOT TWO TONS OF CREEK BED ROCK FOR A FALSE CREEK IN MY BACKYARD. GOOD AND RELIABLE PROVIDER.

JUST DELIVERED SOME DIRT FOR MY CHILDREN'S VEGETABLE GARDEN. CALLED ON MONDAY, GOT IT TODAY. GREAT PRICE, AND PINPOINT ACCURACY IN THE DELIVERY SPOT. THEY EVEN LET MY KIDS WATCH.

NICE AS COULD BE, THE GUY WHO HELPED ME WAS NEAT, DIDNT KNOW THEY COULDNT USE AMERICAN EXPRESS, IT WAS A MINOR INCONVEINIENCE. BUT THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND PUT IT WHERE I ASKED THEM. DIRT LOOKS LIKE NICE QUALITY.
