Started Monday and finished Wednesday noon. Did a great job. Asked for me to check and touched up some very "minor" areas as requested. I will admit - I am very particular with a paint job.

He was really great. We had some people coming to visit. He finished his work quickly, which was really nice. I was satisfied with the quality of the work that he did.

Mark Cardin looked over job, gave quote, and told us exactly what would be done, and how many days it would take. Started job on a Tues., finished on Thurs. His price was lower than the other three we had gotten estimates from. He is very professional, and polite.

They did great work. They were pretty quick, they got it done in just a couple of days. It was cheaper than the other competitors in the area. I would recommend them to others.

Mark communicated with us about his start date and time and kept us updated on his progress and when he anticipated to be finished. He finished the job exactly when he said he would. He is courteous and takes pride in his work. He left the area clean and made helpful recommendations about type of paint and finish to use.

Excellent. Mark is very reliable. He showed up when scheduled and called me each day as he left to give me an update on the day. We were very pleased with his work and his dependability.

I was very disappointed because he did a very sloppy job. We were remodeling the bathroom, but it was going to be little by little, and we told him this so he would take care of the fixtures. Our light fixture was ruined. He took the finish off of my hardwood floor in one place and chipped my tub. He wasnt careful and did not clean up after himself. It took me about 3 hours to clean after him. He did not bring all of the equipment he needed.

Mark was a joy to work with. He is very punctual, he does exactly what he says hes going to do. He is conscientious about cleaning up behind himself. He did a great job and he finished the job sooner than he thought he would.

Mark was very professional and polite. He arrived on time for the estimate. He began the job exactly when he said he would. I was having the work done on a home that I had already moved out of. I gave Mark a key. He would call to check in everyday as he finished up at the house and give me an update on his progress. He did a great job. He went above and beyond the call of duty by painting areas of adjoining rooms to make sure the colors flowed. He also vacuumed and cleaned up after himself every day eventhough the house was empty and he was coming back the next day. He finished faster than he originally estimated. He was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

MARK HAS BEEN DOING PAINTING AND WALLPAPERING FOR ME FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HE IS DEPENDABLE, POLITE, AND REASONABLY PRICED.

HE IS METICULOUS AND PAYS ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL. HE WENT OVER THE WHOLE SURFACE OF THE HOUSE, HE WASHED THE HOUSE THEN PAINTED WITH 2 COATS. HE IS HONEST, RELIABLE, COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO COME. HE IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. HE IS FABULOUS. HE HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST COURTEOUS HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THAT MAN. HE IS THE ONLY ONE WE WILL HIRE.

I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. MARK CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY, AND INDICATED HE WOULD BE UNABLE TO DO THAT MUCH PAINTING WITHIN ONE WEEK. I APPRECIATED HIM RETURNING MY CALL AND BEING HONEST ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE WITHIN MY SCHEDULE. I WOULD TRY HIM IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED SMALLER PAINTING JOBS DONE.

MARK'S EMPLOYEE MYRON DID THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK. MYRON IS AN EXCELLENT PAINTER WHO TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS WORKMANSHIP. HE EVEN PAINTED OVER PLACES WHERE THE ORIGINAL PAINTER HAD GOTTEN THE WALL PAINT ON THE CEILING, DOOR FRAMING, ETC. THE JOB TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY COMMITTED, BUT MYRON TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. MARK STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THE JOB TO ENSURE THAT ALL WAS GOING WELL.

MARK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PAINTING AND THE TIMEFRAME IN WHICH THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THE ROOMS LOOK FANTASTIC, AND LATER THIS YEAR I'LL HAVE MARK COME BACK TO DO MORE ROOMS.

THEY PUT DOWN TWO COATS EVERYWHERE, FOLLOWED OUR DIRECTIONS PERFECTLY, WERE EAGER TO RE-TOUCH ANY AREA WE REQUESTED AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE POLITE OR CONSIDERATE. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
