MAJOR CLEAN

Called to discuss a possible discount for getting 2 houses pressure cleaned on the same day. Receptionist explained owner was out of town, but that an employee was handling customers and would call that day or the next day to discuss a discount. Called and left a message 3 days later to explain no one had called me yet. Called again 2 days later and spoke with the receptionist again. Explained no one ever called me after 5 days and 2 messages. She stated that the person handling the customers in the owner's absence was probably really busy, but that she would have the owner call me when he returned the next week. Called a week later and spoke with the owner, Scott, and explained I had called 4 times in 2 weeks and no one has yet to call me. Scott said he had been busy. I explained he had given me a quote previously and that I was ready to have the work done. Scott said he would have to come back out to the house 1st and redo the estimate as prices may have changed. I explained that I didn't understand why I had to wait 2 weeks for someone to mention that and that during those 2 weeks when no one returned my calls, someone could have come out to the house already for the new estimate. Scott then said I was welcome to take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I am going to do. Major Clean and the owner Scott are extremely unprofessional. The company does not return phone calls nor does anything to appear as if they want your business. In this time of a hurting economy, I will be very careful where I spend money and who I do business with. If you do not appreciate my business, I'm sure there are many, many companies during these hard times that will. ($425.00)
