Maidpro of Charlotte East

It has been an excellent service. Our services is every 4 weeks and it given my family (especially the kids) pride in keeping the house clean. Our home shines brighter because of the help of MaidPro. For details our house is 2500 square ft.

I can't grade the price because I had nothing to compare it with. I granddaughter did it and I just paid it. They did a nice job when I was down there. They were there when they said they were coming. It's not so easy for a company like that because they're going from house to house so it depends, but they were there within the normal range. For the whole house it was $155. For just the downstairs it's $115.

TERRIBLY...During the cleaning service one of the two cleaners broke an engraved art piece we purchased on our honeymoon, which was hanging on our wall. Neither of them made any mention of having broken it, instead, they took the broken pieces and shoved them behind the artwork, hoping we would't notice. This piece is irrepla When I brought this to the office manager's attention and explained that I couldn't simply replace the item that they broke, and that it held sentimental value, she asked me to give MaidPro East another chance. I most certainly WILL NOT. It is dishonest and unacceptable to break something in someone else's home, and to then cover it up. In addition, they never mopped our tile floors, which is the primary reason I hired them in the first place, as I have been experiencing back pain. One would think that mopping kitchen floors (tile) is standard, but apparently it is not with this company. I asked them repeatedly to stop focusing on things such as cleaning the kitchen sink and microwave, so that they would have time to mop the floors, but they still never did. They said I would be wowed, instead I am extremely upset that they broke a sentimental art piece that they should never have touched in the first place, attempted to cover it up, and did a poor job of cleaning our home.

MaidPro has been doing a great over the past few months with cleaning my house. They have listened to my feedback and taken action based on that. They are paying special attention to the areas that I'm the most picky about. They even go above and beyond with communication and special touches around the house. The kids love to see how Ashley will set up their stuffed animals on their beds/dressers. This is the longest that I've kept a company cleaning my house!

They followed the instructions on my initial email when purchasing the service. They were prompt in setting up an appt that was convenient for our schedule. The crew showed up on time and were busy cleaning the entire time during the service. They were very courteous and friendly to my wife as they went about their business. The lead of the cleaning crew (Nicole) was a very good manager and made sure to not only instruct the other workers, but also encourage them and educate then when need be. A cleaning supervisor came during the end of the appt with a white glove and checked on top of doors and doorways, in closets, etc... She did have them clean the master bathroom shower again as it was not up to her standard. We would definitely hire them again.

We love Maidpro and the quality of service they provide. We always have the same wonderful lady come by and she is nice, professional and does a great job! (Thanks Julia!) We used Maidpro before we moved to Charlotte and they are very consistent in the services they provide and the quality. I am happy to know I can count on this company to employ a great staff that will get the job done great every time.

I hired them after hearing about their services. They arrived on time to the appointment and their price was reasonable. They do wonderful work! The owner, Kurt, is very nice and I liked everything about their service. I am planning on using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

We've been using MaidPro of Charlotte East long before it became MaidPro. These people really like cleaning! For example, I walked into the den one day to find the space between the sofa pillows being cleaned. That's the kind of attention to detail I didn't ask for but was pleased to receive. I trust their workers too! When I leave MaidPro at our house, I don't worry about our belongings. Coming home to a clean, fresh-smelling house is such a good feeling! It leaves me free to attend to the needs of my handi-capped husband. Treat yourself to the results of their work. You'll be glad you did!!
