Ms. Marcela Helms visited our office space in order to provide a quote for cleaning services. She was prompt and professional during the walk-through, even providing info on insurance regulations. She quickly provided a very reasonably-priced quote. We, however, hired a different cleaning company. I would definitely consider hiring Ms. Helms in the future.

I used Maid Pristine after my cleaning lady of 11yrs unexpectedly left! I had 2 find someone ASAP & it was difficult because I really never had 2 deal w/trying 2 find someone I can trust(my former cleaning lady was independent & found her through a friend). So it was good 2 have Angie's List help me in the process! Based on the good reviews, I called Maid Pristine & set an appt w/Marcela (owner). Aside how sweet she was...I was pleasantly surprised how professional & organized she was! She would evaluate my house & we can discuss what the cost would be based on my needs! She had forms showing details of what different packages included.... I needed someone 2 come every 2wks. She told me she would send Rena because she thought she would be good for me. Rena came this past Friday & I was very happy with her! It was so nice 2 have a cleaning lady who was so professional. I always had 2 be on top of my previous cleaner. Rena did an excellent job... Now she will be my new housecleaner!

Very good job - cleaned blinds, windows, window sill, baseboards, bathrooms, cabinets, kitchen and appliances.

Maid Pristine Cleaning Service has been Fantastic! They clean my house beautifully twice per month. They spend anywhere from 4-5 hours in my house every 2-weeks and always do an excellent job. There are so many little things they do so often that is above and beyond the standard cleaning packages, like placing my kids toys just right around the bath tub or bedrooms. My kids are always so excited when they come home to see their rooms perfectly in order. I try sometimes to take the credit:! I have been using Maid Pristine now for almost 2-years, and know I can trust Marcella (The Owner) has a great trustworthy staff and has gone through full back round checks. I have never had to worry about having this service in my home when I am not around. Maid Pristine has been a great find, and I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Jason

Marcela has been clearning our house weekly for 8-9 years. She provides excellent service. The house is always immaculate and she is reasonably priced given the detail of the work and the size of our home. She is honest, pleasant and responsive. She has become more family than employee.
