The owner, Bobby and his wife worked together to appraise the scope of the job, gave me an estimate and sent their men to complete the job. Bobby's wife came by after they were finished to see if I was pleased and if she was pleased with their work. There was no mess, and I was delighted with the Cullum's concern for the work of their workmen and for my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

Bobby was very responsive and returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner. He was pleasant and was able to complete all of the work within the time frame we needed at a very reasonable price. I chose very strong colors that needed extra coats of paint and had some rooms painted without repainting existing trim work, which can sometimes be hard to pull off. Bobby gladly came back to add more coats of paint and to fix each tiny flaw my very meticulous spouse could find at no charge and with a great attitude. He even went the extra mile to fix some damaged painted areas caused by another contractor. He was also present to supervise his crew 90% of the time, which I thought was great. Most importantly, Bobby's main concern was that we were pleased with the quality of the job, which is more the exception than the rule with most contractors these days since there is plenty of work to go around.

Bobby is very hard to understand because of his poor English. He did not return calls and could not schedule the work after preparing an estimate. I wasted a lot of time trying to hire him to do the work. His was the cheapest estimate, but if he can't do the work, it doesn't matter how cheap it is!

Great service. Bobby came out less than 2 hours after the initial call to provide an estimate. Always on time and very fair with his pricing. His crew worked hard and paid close attention to detail. They matched our paint color perfectly and cleaned up well. I tipped an extra $50 because I was so satisfied with his service. Bobby is an honest man and keeps his word. I definitely recommend him for any interior home painting task.

CALLED BOBBY AND HE WAS HERE NEXT DAY FOR ESTIMATE. WORKED THROUGH OUR VARIOUS TIMING ISSUES WITH NO PROBLEM. SHOWED UP WITH LARGE CREW AND PAINTED 900 SQ FT. BASEMENT ADDITION IN ONE DAY. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK IN A TIMELY, EFFICIENT MANNER. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION HE MADE FOR OUR SCHEDULE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

BOBBY AND HIS CREW WERE FANTASTIC. HE STUCK TO HIS ESTIMATE AND WENT THE "EXTRA MILE" TO PAINT A FEW THINGS WE MISSED OR WOULD NOT LOOK RIGHT UNLESS THEY WERE ADDRESSED. BOBBY AND HIS CREW WERE PUNCTUAL (SHOWED UP 15 MINUTES EARLY!) AND THEY WERE FAST. ALL PAINTING WAS COMPLETED IN 2.5 HOURS AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE MOST OF THE DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOBBY AND MAGIC TOUCH TO ANYONE! PLEASE TIP THE GUYS WELL, BECAUSE THEY EARN IT AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB!

I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, BOBBY CULLUM, WHO WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. HE SAID HE WOULD GATHER A CREW AND COME THAT WEEKEND, BUT FIRST HE'D STOP BY IN THE AFTERNOON TO SEE THE ''JOB.'' WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE SAID HE COULD DO IT THAT EVENING. FOUR GUYS ARRIVED AND THEY HAD THE ROOM PAINTED IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.

HE CAME, GAVE AN ESTIMATE, SCHEDULED THE WORK. HE CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM! THEN WALKED THE JOB UPON COMPLETION, TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.

MR CULLUM, THE OWNER, WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAINTING CREW WAS VERY NEAT, COVERED FLOORS AND FURNITURE, DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! VERY PLEASED WITH WORK. I HAVE ALREADY HIRED THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED HARD. A JOB THAT WOULD HAVE NORMALLY TAKEN TWO DAYS THEY COMPLETED IN ONE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE EDGES ARE CRISP; THEY PATCHED ALL NAIL HOLES; THEY COMPLETELY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND THEY DID NOT GET DROPS OF PAINT ANYWHERE. THEY ARE ALSO GREAT ON PRICE. I RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY.
