They did a great job but they could have followed up. One stone was broken after they left but we didn't know why. We wanted to be assured that it was going to be okay. I gave him an email about the canopy. We have a canopy that run through the patio and he had to do something for that. He said I will have to pay for the extra hours and it took them 1 hour only. He told me to come one last time with another guy but he never came, and this time I will talk to him about the stone that was broken. Each time I communicated with him, he responded immediately but this was the last thing that happened.

We met with Marc Manitt and outlined our criteria: dramatic impact, including lighting privacy screening from our neighbors dog friendly plants and placement pest and deer-resistant low maintenance with irrigation sustainable within our budget Armed with our site plan, Marc returned a week later with a plan that met the majority of our criteria. He worked with us to do a little tweaking to meet our budget and taste. When weather permit, Marc and his crew completed the work in one day. Although drainage had been addressed in part by the pool installation, M2 made enhancements such as different mulches to minimize washout and added gravel under our porch for stability. Weed barrier cloth, top soil, mulch, plants, and pine straw are all high quality and sustainable. Lighting was installed later, and the final result is stunning. We enjoyed working with Marc and his crew.

They did excellent work. They worked over a half acre. There were a dozen men working at times. It took about three and a half days. I appreciated they timeliness and professionalism. He did a nice job with the estimate and delivered on what they said they would do. They have done a landscape plan for a future job.

Mark is very knowledgeable and has good ideas. His company is prompt and professional. The finished product is excellent. I would recommend M2 to friends and neighbors.

I searched Angie's List for a firm that would be able to bring my vision to life. I recently moved into a townhome in the arboretum area. I have a small patio area that had pavers and a totally unorganized mess of overgrown plants. I chose M2 Planning and Design after reading their impressive reviews and visiting their website. I connected with Cliff on the first call. He came over for an initial consultation later that day. He asked me questions about how I envisioned using the space, what features I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend. Cliff invited me to send him links to things I like. In about a week, we reviewed an amazing plan with options that I could implement in phases to manage the overall expense. Within 2 weeks, the materials were ordered, and the demolition began. The team was fast, efficient and very neat. Over the next 2 days, all the soil was in, the fencing complete and the plants were in! I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend M2 to anyone looking for a flexible, creative and professional design firm. They have it all!

I was very pleased with his work. He gave me exactly what I was looking for without trying to sell me more. He gave me pretty good ideas. He knew what I wanted and so he kind of steered me through. He started the work in a day. I would recommend M2 Planning and Design LLC Company. They are a small company that believes that no job is a small job. They are capable of doing any kind of work. I'm planning on using them pretty soon again. I had my family come down this week and they too were impressed with the work that was done.
