+ -1 moreThe service was great and extremely fast. He was able to come out 2 days after the phone, which was absolutely crucial for me. They have a set price depending on the size of the house, and I felt that the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Hired him to give me an inspection of the home in order to produce a report for the structural damage.

+ -1 moreTHE OWNER DELIVERED A VERY COMPREHENSIVE STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT OF OUR HOME, WITH A VARIETY OF ISSUES AND APPROXIMATE ESTIMATES TO FIX. HE WAS PROMPT IN ARRIVING AT THE HOME, BUT IT DID REQUIRE SEVERAL CALLS TO HIS OFFICE TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE STRUCTURAL REPORT (HIS REPORT CAME IN WELL AFTER OUR OTHER REPORTS: MECHANICAL, AND TERMITE). AFTER RECEIVING THE REPORT, WE NOTICED THAT ALL OF HIS ESTIMATES TO FIX APPEARED TO BE TOO LOW. ACTUAL COSTS TO FIX (WITH AT LEAST 3 COMPETITIVE QUOTES PER ISSUE) WERE DEEMED TO BE OFF BY 20-30%. HOWEVER, WE HAD A GREATER CONCERN WITH HIS INSPECTION WORK. IN OUR OPINION, HE MISSED 2 OR 3 MAJOR STRUCTURAL ISSUES IN HIS INSPECTION OF OUR HOME.
