LOWES'S OF CENTRAL CHARLOTTE NC

We purchased our stove and microwave on a holiday around July 4th weekend and we found out that even though they have failed that time, as fas as a good time to buy so a lot of people from other areas come. They woman who worked on us was not a sales person and worked in the back so she did not know the process and it was a little more confusing. We did not understand what she was telling us and we wanted the stove installed. The microwave was fine and I have to take care of my mother in the meantime. I had to call and find out whats going on. We had set up the installation on July 23 and it was not. I had to get connected to the manager. It was finally installed but it was a hustle.

They haven't done the work. The price was high, but the consultation was fine. It's going to be $1500 for two windows. I am concerned about the price. I'm waiting to hear from the guy that did the consultation. I think I'll use them because, it is hard to find people to do windows for some reason.

It was under warranty. It was a nightmare. It wasn't the installer's fault, I want to make sure you know that. I think Lowes outsourced that. I don't know if the original window that we purchased was faulty, but I sent it back and changed brands. It was a nightmare. It took four months for them to come and replace it. They had re-sent a broken one. It was the seller (Lowe's) who I had problems with. The quality was fine. The first replacement came in broken. The whole process took way too long. The installer was punctual and professional. I would not use Lowe's again in the future.

My entire kitchen needed to be redone due to water damage. Chris Harris in the kitchen dept at this Lowe's was the person who designed the new cabinet layout, assisted me in chosing cabinets, accents and hardware. He also assisted in selecting countertop and helped me to save money whenever possible. When there were problems in the process he responded to my calls promptly. He is courteous and professional and helped to make a very long and stressful process go well.

The sales person in the bathroom fixtures dept was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in deciding which toilet to buy and then explaining how they use a plumber who they would contact for the installation. I received a call from the store after the sale asking if I had been contacted by the plumber as discussed and then got another call after the installation to make sure I was satisfied with everything. A gentleman even came by during the installation process to be sure everything was going well. This was excellent customer service!
