Little Heating & A/C

Went beautifully! Fred was very professional, good natured, and gave me great confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He had been recommended by other Angie's List customers and was 10 percent less expensive than a competitors quote. I would highly recommend this contractor for this type of job.

His name is Fred Little. My husband dealt with him and he liked him very much. He was confident in what he did. He got the job done and he was on time. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again. We didn't compare his price.

Mr. Little arrived at the appointed time, was very neat in the work he did, was very efficient and complete in the work he did. He does excellent work.

The work was done promptly and well. Mr. Little showed up on time (or early) every morning and left the workspace clean. He explained how the hood would be installed, recommended the height at which to hang it, and explained in detail where the electrical box needed to be installed so that I could tell the electrician. He was so responsive to my questions that he even took a call from me while under another customer's house!

Anyone who has done any sort of remodeling knows to expect surprises! Mr. Little was the best! He kept me informed and explained why my countertop needed to be cut to allow entry for the stove. He took great care to shut off all gas lines etc into our home so that we were safe. He had someone come out the next day to take care of the countertops and then he was back to install. It went like clockwork and it was unplanned. I was very impressed with Mr. Little.
