Unfortunately I received terribly rude customer service with Theresa after I requested an itemized receipt for services rendered. She spoke over me, told me "YOU were the one that called to have the duct fixed" and interrupted my simple request multiple times. I had to explain that I wanted details of the service in order to know if mold from our crawlspace had been entering our home. Would not recommend, as it cost $300 to have one duct reconnected under our home and no itemization of cost/labor on receipt. Extremely poor customer service.

They got us on the schedule the very next day...called before they arrived as a heads up. They were polite, clean, professional and knowledgeable. Figured out the problem, got the right parts and went to work on a fix. They are our new heating and cooling go to company as our last gentleman, Phil of Phil Jones hvac has retired.

They do excellent work. I would recommend them very highly. They are responsive, knowledgable. I have complete trust in them.

I researched a HVAC contractor to do an annual check up and some people recommended Lindsay. I called and they seemed great on the phone. Made an appointment two weeks out for first thing in the morning at 8:00. I did this intentionally so I could arrange my schedule to take time away from work and be first on their schedule to minimize my time away from the office. They were aware of this when we made the 8:00 appointment and didn't tell me that I needed any type of confirmation later. At 7:55 on the day of the 8:00 appointment, they called to reconfirm but I was getting dressed and didn't hear the call. About 8:10 I picked up the phone to check on them and saw the message. The message said that I needed to call back within 4 minutes to preserve my appointment, which would have been 7:59! I tried to call, but the line was busy for 12 tries! They told me that they had already sent their trucks out, I had missed my opportunity and they could try to reschedule me for another time. No apology - my fault for not answering a call I didn't even know was needed. I had a wasted morning. If they need to reconfirm, the day before would have been helpful, not 5 mintues before the appointment! Or tell me that I need to call in the day before or the morning of. But to cancel, no apology - really unacceptable. They said they were busy, only two on call, but really, it was just lousy service. If having your appointment honored is at all important, I'd not use this company. I certainly won't be using them.

Called this company since they service Goodman units. Service guy (Chuck the owner) came out the same day I called and was rude to wife and indicated that the installation of the system was so bad that he wasn't going to repair it and walked out. Thought that was pretty odd when that was the reason why we called for service in the first place. Would have been nice to know what all was wrong with the system and the cost would be to "fix" all the problems that were "supposely" wrong with it. I would not recommend using this company if this is how they treat their customers. The only positive thing from this company was the response for getting the tech out to our house the same day.

They gave me a much better quote than others. They came in and took care of the problem I had efficiently. They were friendly and courteous. Their quoting price matched the final price. I would recommend them. They did a good job for us. They were very professional and were quick about diagnosing the problem. They were quick to get the part they needed and were timely in getting the resolution and fixing it.

They were friendly and on time. We would use them again in the future.
