Linda Greenberg Landscape & Design - Charlotte

Linda Greenberg is very knowledgeable about landscape design and plants. She suggested some great ideas. Upon meeting her, she was very nice and personable. However, when it came to my dissatisfaction over what she had told the workers to do and what my understanding of the work to be performed was , she did not execute professionalism in handling my complaint about the misunderstanding. When I asked the workers to stop until I could verify the expected project to be performed she became very defensive when I spoke to her. She did not offer to meet with me to clarify or offer any apology for the misunderstanding. In addition she kept an unreasonable amount of money I had sent her upfront . The two men had worked for one hour before I had to stop them. There was no delivery of material and no delivery or use of any equipment other than a shovel, weed eater and enough use of a electric saw to start cutting a tree they were not suppose to cut down. $600 is an unreasonable amount of money for two guys working one hour with no additional time picking up materials or equipment.

Great. Linda had creative ideas and explained the concept very well. She works hard to make everything beautiful.

Beautiful. Everything was done in a timely manner! Linda and her crew were great I would recommend them to anyone. The garden really is stunning, I'm very happy with it. It changed the whole look of the house, it freshened everything up and looks great!
